This charming small hotel, with just five rooms, is perfect for those seeking a blend of seaside relaxation and urban convenience, all in a stylish setting. The furnishings are minimalist and tasteful, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are beautifully lit. The best part? Each room has a balcony with a wide window overlooking the sea, which you can open fully for a refreshing breeze. Downstairs, you'll find a sweet restaurant/ beach bar, making it easy to spend the entire day right here enjoing the sun on a free sun bed and swimming in a crystal clear water. As a family-run business, Basar, his father, and their team do their best to ensure guests feel at ease. However, be aware that it can get quite lively on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're sensitive to noise or prefer a quieter atmosphere, consider bringing good ear protection :) While there are always areas for improvement, the Townhouse stands out among hotels in Bodrum. Personal advice: Don't miss the homemade lemon peel jam at the restaurant—it's a treat!

We had hired all the 3 rooms and each one was really beautiful with views right on the sea . The position is fantastic for shopping and dining out and lying at the little beaches . The rooms are a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking the water . The have a sort of mini kitchen with tea and coffee and a fridge . Our main complaint was the level of noise at night between the restaurant, bars and street . It was most unpleasant. Good WiFi .

This hotel / townhouse was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Best views I think I’ve ever had in an accommodation. The room was clean, had great facilities, super comfortable bed, an incredible cafe/restaurant underneath and right in the heart of old Bodrum. We stayed on a Saturday night and we could hear the music from downstairs a little. It wasn’t a problem for us and if you want dead quiet, this would likely impact this choice.

I left this holiday in Bodrum with an additional 511euro of medical bill, mentally and physically scarred. Stayed a total of 7 nights (room no.III 4nights, room no.I 3nights) but the last 3 nights was nightmare. At around 4/5am, my sleep was distrupted by serious insect bites. At first, I thought It was simply a nasty mosquito bite but my frequent visit at the pharmacy prompted me to show it to the staff working there. I was horrified to be told that it is not mosquito but something else. Some animals that come from wood or mattress. I live in the tropics and have had dengue fever before but the insect bites I experienced was unimaginably bad. I was dearly worried for my health. I recorded few pictures of my body and sent it to the lady host. One of the staff said, it is from spider!! I spoke to the property owner Basir who also giggled and saying that this is simply an allergic reaction and that they know the origin of this animal. Worst is, the owner was being defensive and started the blaming game by saying I brought the insects or contracted it elsewhere. In my opinion, the owner should have taken this matter seriously as this event clearly happened during my sleep and in their property. Regardless of all, I felt that my health and safety was not their priority hence my issue was taken lightly. Fatigue from lack of sleep and the hospital drip made it difficult for me to defend myself. I hope this review creates awareness.

Such an amazing stay at Townhouse Bodrum, from the room, the view, the service and availability of the host to the food and experience. I highly recommend. Will come back for sure. Special thanks to Askidil who was amazing during the stay 🙏

The location of Townhouse is remarkable, directly overlooking the beach. The receptionist, Askidil, was wonderful. She contacted me by WhatsApp before my arrival to check on all the arrangements for my wife’s birthday, significantly impacting her surprise and happiness. Her reception was lovely, and she also guided me to the tourist attractions I inquired about. All the staff members are friendly, the restaurant service is excellent, and the boutique is in the middle of the market, consisting of only three suites. I booked Tulum Suite, its largest suite at a secure location, and it has a fully equipped toilet; it is cleaned daily or according to your desire. I highly recommend this experience.
