Las instalaciones de las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, si se ve un poco descuidado, aunque se notaba recién pintada la habitación, los muebles, puertas si se ven viejas y descuidadas.
El desayuno muy bueno como todo Embassy Suite, el area del lobby si se ve remodelado.

Room had a mold smell to it. Gym facility was poor. Peloton didn’t have sneaker traps for pedals. Other two recumbent bikes were horrible (one didn’t turn on and the other wouldn’t allow adjustment to higher level than 1). How about a free coffee bar in morning?

The bathroom was very disappointing. Only one small light that was quite inadequate. No space next to the sink for storing any toiletries/tooth brushes etc. Worst of all, no toilet paper.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites Boca. The only reason I gave it 4-stars is because the beds & pillows need to be updated, and the hot tub had a strange color to the water. The bed was not comfortable. It wobbled a bit, and the pillows were very flat.
The customer service was excellent at every point; front desk, restaurant, happy hour, and housekeeping. Each person was very welcoming and friendly.
It really is a hidden gem. The location is off the beaten path, so to speak, but close enough to everything that most activities in the area are only a few minutes away.
