This is a beautiful boutique resort with amazing amenities. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and made for a very relaxing getaway. Additionally, the rooms have ambient lighting which immediately puts you in a calm and positive mood. The pool was refreshing and waking up in the morning to the sound of waves was excellent. The staff are incredibly focused on making sure you have a great time. They provided 5 star service and helped with every detail, no matter how big or small. I can’t wait to be back at Xka-n, our happy place. Highly recommend staying here, book now!

Xka-n is my favorite hotel, and I can't wait to revisit this beautiful hotel boutique one day. During my husband's and my stay we got to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. This was a perfect place for our second honeymoon. The service provided by Xka-n's staff is warm and friendly. If there was anything we needed, they were very genuine and so caring in the way they treated us as guests. The hotel offers yoga classes once a week and they had great knowledge and recommendations for places to explore during our stay. I hope we get to come back one day, we felt so relaxed and enjoyed so many beautiful moments here during our stay.

I still can't believe that this hotel exists, It is such a beautiful place! The breakfast service was of high quality. The staff was helpful and provided a service filled with care. This was a relaxing place perfect for a workcation. The room was quite and comfortable. There's many areas outside by the beach and pool to sit down and enjoy the weather while drinking a coffee. I love the concept behind Xka-n. They taught me how to say hi in tepehua language. Their hotel is all about providing an authentic cultural experience surrounded by the Tepehua culture. They shared with me many insightful stories about the culture that I found fascinating! I highly recommend Xka-n, it's definitely a hotel I will come back to one day.

Fantastic boutique hotel located in close to Veracruz. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this boutique hotel or we would have been depressed to be right in the ugly city of Veracruz. We had a first-floor room facing the ocean. The room was very well designed. Kenya, reception, made our stay even better by being there when we needed here or just to chat. We had several meals at the adjacent restaurant, and it was great as well. We had massages as well and same very fantastic. All employees are discreet but great at their job. Only little downside would be the breakfast which is NOT at the level of the hotel. The breads are made in one of the restaurant and bakery close by and are not good. The eggs are always overcooked, the juice are very unbalanced but morning service is great as Eduardo is nice. Not really worth it having the breakfast included if you have a choice.

Exceptional hotel with impeccable service from both hotel and restaurant staff. The pool is stunning with a beautiful view of the warm ocean. Perfect place for a girls trip or a romantic couples trip. Massages were also really good and you have the option to have it on the beach as well.

If you’re coming to Veracruz and want an adult only experience with amazing staff and service, this is the place to stay. Every staff member greets you with a smile and is always ready to accommodate your needs. The rooms are nicely decorated. Waking up each morning to the view of the Gulf Coast isn’t too shabby either. I highly recommend this place👍🏼

Amazing hotel! Came to Veracruz in February 2023 for a family wedding. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was great and the hotel was super clean! I can’t wait to go back soon!

One of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff was very attentive and the accommodations were excellent! The food was exceptional and the location was great. I cannot say enough about the staff there, they were so attentive, kind, and professional. This hotel is a must visit!

One of the best experiences at a hotel! The room (and entire hotel) was so beautiful with amazing views. The highlight for me was the staff- they truly went out of their way to create a great stay. The connecting restaurant offered great poolside drinks and appetizers, a wonderful breakfast, and fresh seafood for dinner. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, truly hope to visit again!
