Ibis is a well known low cost hotel brand. Room is small but cozy. Bathroom is tiny but functional. A little issue there was not towels and pillows for two persons. However, after the request, it was promptly supplied. Only unsolved problem was the toilet with so weak and low water flow. Breakfast was very nice. Except for one rude employee, all staff is kind and helpful.

Apesar de um bom café da manhã, a limpeza é precária. Tive que solicitar troca de quarto por um vaso sanitário sujo e o outro estava com poeira, suporte de toalha quebrado e sinceramente não vale o valor de mais de R$300,00

Recepção excelente! Café da manhã ótimo! Equipe do café também ótimo!! Não tem bar e tão pouco lanches como em outras unidades Ibis. Precisa melhorar a arrumação dos quartos.

O hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são incríveis, muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Eu e minha família vamos todo ano e adoramos.

O ar condicionado do quarto 567 não estava funcionando desci as 18:26 e reportei para a recepcionista o problema. Voltei da janta e o problema persistia, muito quente e sem ar.. a noite foi péssima, reforcei sobre o problema para a recepcionista da manhã, ela num cinismo perguntou porque não chamei na recepção.. que arrumariam com facilidade.. enfim foi uma péssima estadia.. não volto mais.
