Easy access to the highway. Check in was quick. Philip at the reception was very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed is nice. The price is good. I stayed for 3 nights.

Felipe was very rude to guests. Called to mention there was no water in the room, and he just yelled and hung up the phone. Insanely horrible service from him at the front desk.

The location is great for quick access to the airport. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. We will continue to use this hotel for stays.

Great service very understanding employees, didn't really like how they had put the breakfast in a bag; because of COVID-19. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The pool was great as well!

When we first walked into the hotel, it smelled like pot. The hallway and elevator stunk of it. The service wasn’t great. There were daily shuttles to the mall that was always late picking us up and typically left us waiting 30-60 mins at the mall at 9pm in the dark. When phoning in regards to the shuttle the hotel would either not answer or tell us that the shuttle would be on the way and hung up on us. When the front desk would try and transfer us to the shuttle driver they did not answer and the mailbox was always full. The bolt on the hotel room door was only hanging on by one screw. One morning we had asked a housekeeper if she would be able to take our towels. We were informed that it wasn’t our room, she then kept asking us a question that was hard to decipher. When we didn’t answer she began yelling the question another 2 or 3 times. We were surprised as we’ve never been yelled at in this way at a hotel just for asking for our towels to be taken. The cleanliness of the room was also not great. Stains and rips on the bedding and a dingy bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Terrible experience.

The heat only worked on high and the cool was cold. I either froze when I turned it off or overheated when the heat was turned on. The front elevator did not work so I had to walk halfway down the building to get on the other elevator. This hotel really needs upgrades. I will not stay here again.
