Good equipments！

Stayed as family. Room was clean and very comfortable. Room was on smaller side but very happy with it.Staff were extremely helpful with any queries. Great central location. Walking distance to everything. Would stay here again definately

1. NO HEAT for two nights! The manager lady and gentleman claimed they had turned it on, but, it was NOT on; 2. NO SHAMPOO AND SHOWER GEL even though it said they had it when I booked; 3. NO WIFI even though they said they provided free wifi! 4. The location was excellent BUT the hotel is old and I do not feel that the room was clean enough. 5. The room was super tiny. 6. Somehow, when I checked in, the new towels seemed not fully dry...

Seriously some people on here just like to complain. This is second time I’ve been here now and every time has been a pleasure. Yes it’s on a busy noisy road but for the location what do you expect people??? Bed and pillows are comfier than my own, kinda jealous. Both times I had the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. Even my partner slept perfectly and he has insomnia. First time granted I’d had a few drinks but second time I was sober. It’s the perfect location for literally everything! And for it only being maintained by 3 staff who cover multiple hotels. They need to know what a cracking job they are doing. Ignore the numptys on here 😅 Will most definitely be back!

It was clean and warm and in the best location. Not sure what some people expect for £25pp per night when reading some of the other reviews. It's blackpool!!! Had a great time as funny girls and Oscars were just over the road. We parked in sainsburys using just park app £4.50 for 1 day.

Please DON’T waste your money. Pick somewhere else. DEFINITELY not worth the asking price. We stayed only 1 night. On arrival we found the front door locked with a note saying call this number. Someone then greeted us inside. A key was given to us. We were told the key goes in that box mounted on the wall in the morning for checkout. The person didn’t know the checkout time “Ermm about 10.30am.” The room itself was on the 3rd floor (and there’s probably more floors than just the 3 by the look at the many staircases) so those who don’t do stairs well, swerve this place even more so. There was no hot water. The shower didn’t work. The room was at best 7x10. My partner is 6’2 and built like the hulk so for someone of his build, it was ridiculous for him to even try to manoeuvre. Don’t get me started with the ‘bathroom’. It was more like Thumberlina’s closet. The toilet didn’t flush properly. There’s no wardrobe, bin and the smallest mirror you ever did see on the ‘bathroom’ wall. I wouldn’t recommend this ‘hotel’ to my worst enemy. Parking also…. Good luck. Restrictions, limited times to remain in one spot. Overall the worst place I’ve picked. Just hope others don’t make the same mistake as we did

Positives were the location to winter gardens, comfort of the beds and easiness of checking in. Negative of smelling **** upon walking to our room and even stronger smell this morning when we was walking out.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free complimentary drinks voucher was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of noise from hen parties in the hotel, one of which was hammering our door drunk at 4am looking for family member. If you want a peaceful family hotel this is not for you.

Trying to be balanced but struggling to find any positives, location is good for bars clubs etc. Accommodation below basic, no drawers, bedside lamp, shower gel, room windows didn’t close tightly to the seals so very noisy and draughty, over powering plug in air fresheners in reception, other than to check in where I had to shout hello several times rather loud never saw a member of staff. Shower head in the bathroom so furred up with lime scale the water when eventually got it warm shot out in all directions with most running down the wall or shower curtain! Not too expensive but some very simple inexpensive fixes which could make someone’s stay slightly more tolerable
