This place is always clean and tidy. It is in a great central location in Bismarck. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. We will continue to stay here monthly as we do work in Bismarck.

This is a great place to stay as always. Once a month we book here for work purposes. We will continue to use this place. It is clean, has friendly staff, and the whole process is seamless.

The staff was great but we could not get the temperature down in the room. It was a long night without a lot of sleep. I also found a dark hair on my bed. Otherwise it was clean.

This was an amazing stay. We walked in to be offered a complementary supper, which was such a surprise. They helped us every stretch of the way. All the staff was amazing. The room was super clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was more than gracious with us, I will come back to this hotel again.

We’ve booked a few different hotels everytime we have had to come to Bismarck. I can say this one was the winner! Price, cleanliness, staff! This will definitely be our stay everytime now.

The property was good and the staff was reasonable. We did however book a room that stated it had 2 queen beds but could sleep 6 people. Whenever I’ve reserved a room that says it sleeps 6 but states 2 queen beds, there’s always a couch in the room. We reserved that room and the reservation said 5 people when I made it. Yet the room was not made for accommodating that many people. There was no couch. They did bring a cot to the room but there was no space for it other than in the walking area by the bathroom. It was a VERY tight fit for 5 people and as you can imagine, the cot was horribly uncomfortable. Springs poked practically right through the mattress. The staff did give us extra bedding to try to pad it but it was still terrible. And because it was a busy weekend and they were booked full, there were no rooms to move us to.
It wasn’t the staffs’ fault, but beware if the room says it can accommodate 6 people that’s not necessarily the case.

We have stayed at this hotel probably 8 times in the past year to year and a half. Its our absolute favorite hotel in Bismarck. Unfortunately, out of the last 8 visits, all but one or two has been comfortable. We love everything about the hotel except the lukewarm, nearly cold, showers. Of the 8 or so visits, including at least 14 total nights, we've only had 2 days if "hot" showers. The last visit i literally has goosebumps as I quickly showered and got out. We've pushed the water handle all the way to "full blast" hot and have barely warm water. I don't know if its because of all the work thats being done on the pool area (which seems to be taking an extraordinarily long time), or if their thermostat on the hot water heater(s) isn't high enough, or if their hotwater heater(s) cant handle the volume of guests....but I know that its miserable having lukewarm showers and goosebumps when you're trying to shower. So, for now, we're left with no other choice but to find a new property to stay at while visiting Bismarck....and thats tough since we love this hotel otherwise.
