Not a hotel. No reception. Building locked completely upon arrival.
Service nonexistent and facilities are dilapidated/broken/shoddy fixes. Difficult to find; only vinyl signage

Beautiful room, the bath feature is delightful just a shame our heating wasn’t working and had to listen to an electric heater all night.

A short stay for my fiances birthday, was very nice and cosy, price was very reasonable for what we got, only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t so great for streaming but we made do with our mobile hotspot. Bathtub in the room was a very nice touch and the large waterfall shower was very enjoyable.
Would appreciate if there was a deadbolt on the door, for added sense of security.

Disappointed by the damp/mold smell in the room. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. I expect more for this price. There was one chair in the room- two or a sofa would have been nice. The room felt bare.

First of all id like to say how amazing this place really is. Its desgined in an elegant manner. When we arrived we were met by the lovely staff. They were so welcoming through out our stay. The room was beautiful comfortable bed, really big bath and nice bathroom.

Had a cold shower as boiler wasn’t working. Tried to call reception no answer. No one at reception at check out. Grabbed our stuff and left.
Room ok, bathroom nice, location good.

Woke up in the middle of night sweating as the room was very hot with temperature 22 degrees Celcius!!!!! Thermostat not working!!!!
Called the out of hours Hotel Manager for help who was not helpful.He said there was nothing he could do at that time of the night.
A really terrible experience and would like to make a formal complaint about the service!!!!
