Location very convenient, however in a restricted parking zone. To unload and take luggage to 1st floor check in you first need to call an number to book a parking spot!! This might be OK you have U.K. cell phone and post code, for non U.K. residents it’s a nightmare.
Sink drain was blocked on arrival - fixed next day.
Breakfast was running out of food 40 minutes before closing.
On one occasion housekeeping were cleaning room when we returned from breakfast, ask them to give us 5 minutes, advised them when we had finished and left, returned late afternoon and room not serviced. Housekeeping claimed we had left personal possessions on the beds so they could not clean!!! This was completely untrue - I can accept they forgot to go back but I cannot accept they lie about it to avoid accepting responsibility.
Guy on reception was great, I had trouble with registering App for parking as it rejected my overseas cell phone number, he allowed me to use his cell number to get App working.

Great deal.
Around 10 mins walk from New Street Station.
Simple but clean hotel. Breakfast got good variety of food. It’s my second time to stay in this hotel already. I’ll definitely recommend it!

Absolutely lovely stay with my children
The reception was very attentive. The room was very clean and breakfast was nice .
Unfortunately they did had cold cuts like cheese or Turkey breast but that’s ok

Location is convenient and quiet. Room is nice and very big. And many cupboards for storage. Will book again next time

A nice hotel, however I was given the wrong room number on check-in, which was a little embarrassing. Rooms superb, breakfast very decent, location isn't that central though. I would stay again.
