We stayed in a twin room for a night, excellent price (£46) with breakfast! Room was clean, and amenities well served. My only gripe is that the mattresses felt cheap and not firm enough when sat on. Other than that we were pleased.

I Found my Stay very Relaxing and peaceful however the security guard on nights got on my nerves asking me for my room number on both nights after he had seen me in the day but Other than that very great service, They should offer Halal options for breakfast!

Staff presented as cold and the lady on duty gave me 'dirty looks' ,though check in was straight forward. Not as clean as per IHG standards I am used to.

Generally satisfied. Breakfast was good.

Generally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

No fridge in room; toilet roll paper hanger damaged, shower glass shelves also damaged.
Location is convenience and staff are nice.
Parking fee is GBP20 per day

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.
