It was a pleasant stay. The water in our room is so slow so we had been change to another room. Overall, okay

Overall the stay is very great and reallyy recommended. For future reference, second floor is not for smoking floor while third floor is for smoking floor. We were staying at the third floor so the smell is not really good especially for those that cannot tolerate with the smell. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻 4.9/5 from me.

The hotel changed the name. I think the receptionist staff need to be well train in servicing guest in more friendly mode. The room water boiler is dirty and shower holder was broken. If staff more friendly or helpful it will be better. Examples asking for toilet roll but receptionists told that housekeeper not in yet. Need to be available 24 because toilet roll will run out. Other bits of bad experience no need leave a remark.
