I have stayed here a few times. This was by far the worst room I have had here. Must have been one of the oldest rooms that hasn't been refurbished. The bathroom was the biggest issue. The shower / tub was an old jetted tub. You had to step up into the tub. The handle to assist getting into the shower was on the same side as faucets so you had to step up over them as well. The step down was hardest part because it was a bigger drop. The shower curtain had mold or mildew on the inside. A portion of the shower curtain was torn off. When you closed the shower curtain, the shower/tub was very dark and there were no lights. Couldn't read the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel containers without opening the curtain to allow in a little light. The faucets were on the outside of the shower curtains, so you had to open the shower curtains to adjust the water. The water pressure and water temperature oscillated strangely. The pressure would increase and then would get a lot weaker. Then the pressure would increase and start all over. That wouldn't have been a big deal but water temperature would oscillate the same way. As the pressure fell the water would get very hot and then as the pressure increased it would get very cold. It was impossible to control either. This happened about every 30 seconds. The room was fine other than the tub/shower. Clean, well stocked. The service was great. The Half Shell Oyster House was great. Live band was great.

I set this up for my daughter and her husband and they had a really hard time checking in. then when that was finally straightened out they were told they were going to have to pay with their credit card when it should have been paid by points. There was a lot of confusion from the front desk and they were given very conflicting information

Excellent staff from the front desk to the ****** employees and hotel staff . Really helpful when you have a question or need assistance , everyone treats you with kindness and respect . The property is at a great location with a fantastic room view , there's a really nice sports book and the slots have been fairly productive for me . I mostly find myself staying at this resort in Biloxi , and then - there's great headline music in a really intimate smaller venue with tasty drinks 😁. The elevator mag-strip reader can be iffy on occasion .

Layout was efficient. No bath tub, only shower in my room. Every area smelled smoky, not just ****** area.

The hotel rooms were very dirty old and clipped furniture dirty windows no USB ports dirty carpet outdated furniture awful

We loved everything about this resort, but the bed! It hurt our backs. The shower and room overall were very nice! We didn’t gamble, but the restaurants were very good!

Really like the vibe of the whole place. It was “cool “ enough that both a 54 yr old and a 26 yr old could enjoy it together. We went to other casinos but always found ourselves back at HRC.
