Boothill Inn and Suites

Stayed for a very early morning flight. The friday night "nascar racing" on the street was unexpected and very loud all night... even still when i left at 4 am.

The staff was amazing meeting us at airport for late pickup and info on finding a place to eat after 9:00 pm after along day traveling! Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall the stay was GREAT !

Our stay was great! Hotel was real close to the Metra Park. The shuttle option to the Metra was nice. Short distance to walk if weather is good. Staff was great! Breakfast was good and the gal taking care of it was friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay there again. Thanks, Boothill Inn my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

If you are a conscious consumer who likes to “shop local”- this is the hotel to stay at. As a former resident of Billings, and now a frequent visitor, there is nowhere else I want to stay. My expectations have always been exceed with my stays. Here you go- WARM pool and clean deck area (and neat big kites hanging from the ceiling) Efficient and reliable airport shuttle (you can even leave your car at the hotel, they will take you to the hotel to fly out, and pick you up on your return) This is LOCALLY-owned. Staff has mentioned that they are well-cared for with wage, schedules, and benefits packages. (This is important to me and makes me happy to support a family business that takes care of their people). My understanding is that the owners paid the wages for their staff during Covid, even when they weren’t working due to shut downs. Wow!! The rooms have always been immaculate. Beds and bedding are super comfy They have ungraded/remodeled many areas over time The front staff is always welcoming Fresh cookies in the evening Convenient to Target, fast food, Walmart, The Metra, Walmart, downtown, and gas station (and much more in the Heights) Quick drive from the highway They have given me a discount when I have come to Billings for medical care- just ask when you book directly with them Even when the price of a night’s stay is more than other hotels (sometimes it is), I still choose this place (and I do love a bargain, but all the above is the reason why I will stay here)

I love the location as it is near the hockey rink, metra, and coffee shops. It would be nice if there were local restaurants near by opposed to going downtown, but this is an ideal location otherwise!

The staff was wonderful and took care of us very quickly when our first room had a mess in it. Got us moved fast and a discount. Awesome place to stay

The place is very noisy. Every single sound from outside came in. The staff is very friendly. It was -27 degrees and they let me plug my truck in.

Very great staff and rooms.... only compliant is shower did not get hot enough when showering..... very spacious rooms and very happy staff...

Great stay! I enjoy the shuttle service, great communication and timing of pick up. Always a plus to interact and chat with the shofer. When arriving the hotel I was thankful there was a gas station next to the hotel to get some food for I didn’t see any restaurants nearby and did not want to be walking around at night. Though I didn’t find out later that the hotel offered a shuttle service around town if guests wanted to dine out. Minor downside is that you can hear the outside traffic noise in the room and the doorway you can hear ppl if they are talking in the halls but asides that the interior walls are padded pretty well so don't hear the neighbor next to you as much. A really nice touch is that they slide the receipt when guests as asleep so we can see the bill in the morning before checking out as well as them serving breakfast and a nice cookie treat in the afternoon.
