The front desk girl was the absolute sweetest! Sorry i didnt catch her name. And then the room was so clean. The bathroom floor was heated! Bathroom was spotless. Bedding was clean. Beds were comfy. Information porvided by the girl at thw front desk was super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
I drove my gmc sierra and it was a tight squeeze for parking so keep that in mind if you have anything long or bigger. But they did give me very fair warninga beforehand.

The floor in our room descended at least 5 degrees from the door to the opposite wall. It was like sleeping on hillside. Crazy.

Bathroom floor is heated. Very clean room. Excellent staff, very friendly. Great breakfast choices. Tv remote didn’t work, but that’s ok. I’m sure they would have remedied it immediately if I wanted them too. Price is right also.

The Clock Tower was great as usual. Only they were out of pet friendly rooms so I left my Chesapeake's in the pickup. They are hunting dogs. My pickup has water and beds for the dogs. My pickup is also to large for the parking so I parked in wrong place and was asked to move by some security. The security also commented on leaving dogs in the vehicle. The “rent a cop” security guy again said they would call the cops for leaving dogs in a vehicle and impound my pickup. It was at night and it’s winter so it is not hot. My dogs are probably cared for more than some peoples kids. Anyway the rent a cop made such a deal out of it that I left about midnight and just drove home. It was a terrible experience only because of a roaming security company. Again the clock tower was good but the security guy who could have been nice and lenient on an over sized pickup was terrible.

Nice property located downtown. Friendly staff and very clean. Great linens and bed. Stay here every time we are in Billings.

We came for a concert at Pub Station, which is right across the street. There are lots of dining options in easy walking distance, and many of them give a discount if you show your hotel key card. The breakfast is an actual menu breakfast from the restaurant on the property, not the typical hotel breakfast. The hotel is older, but well maintained and clean.

It is very rough around this hotel, feels unsafe. Staff was awful and actually told me handicapped people can walk up stairs when they gave me a second floor room w no elevator access. I would never stay at this hotel again
