Very well located peaceful accommodation within a real neighbourhood with plenty of local shops and restaurants and bars
Room was comfortable only thing missing were a hair dryer and kettle
Staff very nice can store luggage at nearby building

The room I stayed in was great. It was a little out of the way, but then again, Bilbao is an easy city to walk around as well as to get around. I like to travel light so I do my laundry on trips. They're facilities were good and the gym was fine.

La femme de ménage ne passe pas dans les chambre du coup, on avait plus de papier toilette les serviettes a changer et il aurait fallut laver le sol. Sinon c'étaut super juste ce détail. Le service et les personnes travaimlant là bas sont adorable !

Apartamentos justitos para dos personas, muebles muy nuevos, pocos enseres de cocina. Lo único negativo fue la limpieza del apartamento, solo una PASADA rápida y ya. Pero todo lo demás aceptable, jente muy amable.
