One cannot imagine how GHATIA the staffs and GUNDA owner is till you have visited. No mobile number is working Even Oyo could provide after 3 calls. I contacted one day before check in, owner first asked how much you have paid for booking. Then said at this price you wait for 3 to 4 hours. Anyhow I reached and waited till evening 5.30 pm they told instead of Ac suit you take a room but no AC and no fan or light at 45 digree temperature and can't believe they didn't had even water with series of threatening misbehaving why you had booked fooding also then I contacted Oyo , they refused to sort out and asked to try another booking then contacted I contacted Gobibo they just offered refund after 5 calls at 10 pm. Just imagine how my day was from 1 pm to 10 pm in night. I had just one option go for another hotel at night and take a room offline at their prices and paying for Ola from hotel to hotel.
