My friend had booked a room through OYO but even after making payment online the OYO company & this Hotel staff wanted additional payment saying that payment is still due and unless it is paid they will not allocate room. Finally he had to book afresh at the property as there was no nearby options. His online payment was also not refunded by OYO and he lost the money. This is a nexus between the two. please do not book this hotel ever from OYO.
