環境是真的好 漫山遍野的紅色黃色綠色 層林盡染説的就是它吧 高爾夫球場拍出來像油畫一樣
但是 這麼貴的酒店不包早餐 28一個自助早餐 也沒多少東西吃 主要是吃水果 1902餐廳吃的晚餐 味道倒是不錯 但是很貴 連餐前麪包都不送 還要買 6美金一份
這次住了這麼多酒店 唯一一個有行李生幫把行李送到房間的酒店 因為它電梯實在是太小
介紹酒店的tour是真好 本來一個小時的tour 講了一個半小時
前台的服務就很差了 辦入住的時候要我信用卡刷了預授權按金 吃了兩餐 以為就從按金裏面扣了 回來打電話問銀行 説是兩筆預授權 一筆入賬了253美金（餐費比按金貴了幾美金） 是pos機消費的 另外一筆預授權還沒有解除 不知道這是什麼騷操作 我衹住一晚 要扣我兩筆預授權 第二筆入賬的又是怎麼用的pos機刷卡的呢 退房的時候又沒找我要信用卡

The property is located in a stunning setting in the White Mountains. The views are spectacular. The problem is Omni is charging top dollar while very underwhelming providing substandard service to its guests. The hotel is alarmingly understaffed and it is reflected in appearance and service.Buyer beware!

The hotel was built in 1902 so maintaining is constant. Beautiful property With views of Mount Washington. Trails for hiking to beautiful waterfalls. As with current state of hospitality, a bit understaffed but hard working and pleasant staff. It is remote so great place to relax. Food was excellent in all restaurants and even the spa. Spa was nice and has a quiet outdoor sitting/sunning area complete with hot tub. Beautiful golf course, horse back riding, fishing, zip line, carriage rides right on property. We will be back!

Beautiful property at base of mountain. Main dining room dinner was delicious. This is an old hotel, so you just have to accept all the squeaky doors, floors, noise from adjoining rooms and those overhead. Overall a lovely hotel

The quality has dropped over the past few years. The staff is friendly but not very helpful and there is no printed information you would normally find about activities; services; checkout; etc. no valet parking and the wait for anyone to take bags to the room was outrageous and the walk to the Presidential wing was very long, no assistance with where to take the car to unload bags closer since we had to take them ourselves; the specialty checkin line was not staffed. The website has little info and it is not updated. All this being said the view was gorgeous and the food amazing and again the staff was friendly which makes up for so much these days

We had no easy access to our car from our room. We had a room in the presidential building, thy needed to add a parking area near this building for the convenience of their guest.

The property and hotel are breathtakingly gorgeous. We were very surprised when we got to our room how small it was we reserved a traditional queen and it was one of the smallest rooms I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t accommodated for two people to sit anywhere together in the room. We were out all day on the second day and surprise to come back to no room service. We asked if this was an economy queen and the staff told us no unfortunately some of the rooms are very small depending where they are located. Unfortunately we will not stay again.

Was not happy at all ,nothing opened for guests to do ,no in room service available just wanted a nice morning at spa for my wife and breakfast in room ,had to spend $80.00 and got my own breakfast in take out boxes and tray of drinks and had to carry to room something not right .And please don’t take reservations if you are doing construction on half property pretty embarrassing to guests ,do you think ?
