A's Holiday Beach Resort

I wish I could say my stay at "A's Holiday Beach Resort" was decent, but the owner completely ruined it. From the moment we walked in, the guy was super rude and didn’t care about anything we said. The room had issues—like the shower barely worked and the place was dirty—but when we asked for help, the owner acted like we were bothering him. It was like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. The whole experience was a mess, and I’d never stay here again. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with a total nightmare of an owner.

My experience at "A's Holiday Beach Resort" was ruined by the owner’s terrible attitude. From the moment we arrived, the owner was rude and dismissive. When we pointed out issues with the room—like the broken air conditioning and unclean bathroom—they showed no interest in helping and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Their lack of professionalism and outright hostility made what should have been a relaxing vacation into a stressful ordeal. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to be treated poorly by management.

Avoid A's Holiday Beach Resort at all costs! The place is a complete disaster, and the owner is even worse. The rooms were filthy, outdated, and full of bugs—nothing like the photos online. The entire resort looked rundown and poorly maintained, with broken amenities and a dirty beach. When we approached the owner about our concerns, they were shockingly rude and unprofessional, brushing us off like we were a nuisance. They clearly don't care about the guests or the condition of the resort. It's a shame, because this could have been a great place, but the neglect and terrible management ruined everything. We left early and will never come back.

The worst part of our stay at A's Holiday Beach Resort was dealing with the owner. They were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the issues we raised about our dirty room and poor service. When we tried to speak with them, they were unprofessional and even insulted us, refusing to take any responsibility for the horrible conditions at the resort. It's clear they have no interest in guest satisfaction and are just out to make a quick buck. The owner's attitude alone is enough to ruin what should have been a relaxing vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

STAY AWAY!!! Owner is VIOLENT, AGGRESSIVE and a THIEF. I am warning you all to stay away at all costs before things turn badly for you. He was very disrespectful and throughout my stay, it became apparent that the owner lacked the basic understanding of customer service and professionalism. He was constantly trying to rob more money from me, showcased a complete disregard for guest satisfaction.

Excellent resort. Great view good food

Breakfast was superb. Chef prepares food in front of you. Pool, villa and overall property is clean and neat. Towels are replaced everyday. Friendly owner and staff. 24*7 security person at the property, cameras are in place. Centrally located. Most of the sights are at a distance of 40-45 mins away on two-wheeler.

Мы с мужем отдыхали в этом отеле 4 года назад, когда он был почти новый, тогда уборка была намного лучше, но было мало мыла и шампуня. В прошлый раз мы взяли один коттедж с 2 спальнями на 4 взрослых, на себя и наших друзей, вторую семейную пару. Нашим друзьям определили полноценную спальню, а нам досталась так называемая вторая спальня, которая была больше похожа на детскую комнату для подростков, там была половина от того, что в нормальной спальне)) Но заплатили мы, как за полноценную спальню.) В этот раз мы поехали отдыхать только вдвоем и взяли вариант 2 bedrooms, то есть полный коттедж из 2 этажей в нашем распоряжении, что было более комфортно. Правда, по прибытии, охранник попытался заселить, а точнее, подселить нас в одну свободную спальню коттеджа, где уже заселилась одна пара. Но мы уже были умные, к тому же помнили, что вариант 1 bedroom стоил на сайте на 200 долларов дешевле, чем 2 bedrooms, что у нас было обозначено в ваучере, и мы полчаса ждали, пока охранник проведет переговоры с хозяином отеля. Мы победили)) Нас заселили в отдельный коттедж с 2 спальнями, гостиной и кухней. Мы сразу ушли на наш любимый пляж Беталбатим в наш любимый шейк Baggies с русскоговорящим официантом Раджу, без которого все 7 раз нашего многолетнего посещения ГОА был бы не так комфортен. Что хорошо в отеле, так то, что они заселяют сразу, в любое время дня и ночи, независимо от времени прибытия, не смотрят на check-in, а check-out у них тоже до времени подачи трансфера, никто не выселяет на жару в 11.00, если выезд в 16.00. Отель поиздержался за 4 года нашего отсутствия. То ли ковид так повлиял, то ли просто все расслабились) Пока не начнешь искать housekeeper и спрашивать, когда ожидать уборку, никто не придет. Удивлялись мы, что даже оставленный на постели регулярно 1 доллар не привлекал уборку. Правда, если убирали, то чистых полотенец оставляли в 2 раза больше, мыло и шампунь тоже приносили, постель меняли каждые 2 дня. Но все двери с грязными потеками, кухонный гарнитур такой липкий, что к нему подойти не очень приятно. Горячая и холодная вода были во всех душевых. Кондиционер, вентиляторы и фен, а также сантехника и стиральная машинка, холодильник и микроволновка, да и плита работали исправно. Сейф не работал вообще, и каждый раз, когда мы видели хозяина, он обещал ту же пойти и починить сейф, но на этом все заканчивалось. )) Утюг в спальне был с необыкновенной плоской тройной вилкой, которая никуда не подходила ни в спальнях ни в гостиной, пока мы не нашли одну- единственную розетку возле холодильника на кухне)) Зато, как в прошлый раз, персональный повар, который приезжал каждое утро и готовил для каждого коттеджа завтрак, был великолепен. Повара мы просили готовить не только омлеты и сосиски, но также индийскую кухню, и это было необычно, интересно и вкусно. Повар честно заслуживал свой доллар ежедневно. Мы любили завтракать на улице, на заднем дворе отеля, куда выходили через нашу кухню, там же можно было и приятно поужинать. На заднем дво
