The place has nice ambience, neat & tidy , friendly & professional staffs, food was tasty, we enjoyed a lot while staying this premises, on whole its worth for money paid, i suggest this place for staying with friends / family / couples......

Nanu Beqach Resort and Spa Feedback: Pros: Prime Location: Situated in close proximity to the beach, offering convenience and a serene atmosphere away from overcrowding. Exceptional ***agement: The property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exquisite aesthetics and effective ***agement. High Standards of Accommodation: The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, accompanied by commendable facilities. Cons: Challenges with Group ***agement: The resort encountered difficulties in accommodating large groups, evidenced by subpar customer service practices such as rigid payment policies and inadequate communication. Commercial Focus: There was an overt emphasis on financial transactions, exemplified by the insistence on immediate bill settlement, diverging from customary hospitality norms. Disparity in Dining Experience: The quality and taste of the food served in the restaurant and buffet areas did not meet expectations, resulting in a discernible contrast from the advertised standards. Restrictions on Group Activities: Limited recreational opportunities were available for group gatherings, with restrictions on activities such as singing or playing, detracting from the overall guest experience.

I have a great experience in this resort this is best resort at best location I spend great time period at this place it was very memorable for me the staff of this resort also very polite and cooperative I am really happy to spend my time here really

Another fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel, each and every staff member are so polite and make you feel so welcome. They all work so hard and will do anything to help you. The variety at breakfast buffet is great and evening meals are delicious. The grounds around hotel are very well kept. Looking forward to our next stay.

We group of eight, being all senior citizens, requested their sales ***ager Jenisha Fernandes, to give ground floor rooms. Resort ambiance, food, service, everything is excellent. To explore Goen Food, we contacted Chief, Ramalingam is excellent cook, as per his advice we tried, Pork Vindaloo, Veg Xacuti, Prawns Cefreal, Chonak fish and premium Port Wine. Breakfast quality and widespread is worth mentioning.

Pathetic service through out the stay ... Specially food area.. where the staff are very untrained. They make faces on asking something also the way of talking is very local and cheap.. housekeeping was little better ..our Experience was very very very bad.. u have far better options in Goa.. regret the decision of out stay in this property

Our recent stay at Nanu Beach Resort Goa, was overall a pleasant and memorable experience. The Christmas celebration was wonderfully organized, highlighting the resort's ability to create festive joy. Thanks to Chef Rama and his team for wonderful display. We were thrilled with our accommodation which had a beautiful garden view, Mr Samarth their Guest Relations ***ager was highly informative and proffessional, his generous gesture greatly enhanced our experience, adding a touch of luxury to our vacation. The resort's beach access provided us with a convenient gateway to the beautiful Goan shoreline, which was a significant plus point. Dining at the Sea Shell restaurant was a delightful experience, with its excellent menu and ambiance. Our servers Joelrich & Sunder were really helpful. In summary, our family vacation was enjoyable and relaxing and we appreciate the efforts of the staff and ***agement in ensuring our comfort. My recent stay at Nanu Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful. I am a regular visitor to Goa and usually stay at Leela when I visit South Goa, this time i chose Nanu as Leela was undergoing renovation and what a brilliant decision it turned out to be. I was taken care of from the moment i landed to the moment i left Goa. Every little detail was thought through. We did not have to wait for a second for our transfers, they were waiting for us and were whisked away as soon as we landed. Our rooms were ready when we arrived, The quality and flavor of the food was impeccable and we really were overwhelmed with the level and quality of service. Now about the people of Nanu Beach Resort. I must say Nanu runs a tight ship under the leadership of General ***ager Mr Agnelo Fernandes and the people are their asset. Mr Samarth your Guest Relations ***ager is the best, and has a beautiful smile, he took good care of all our justified and unjustified requests. There was nothing he said no to and proactively made sure that our stay was wonderful. He would call us periodically and confirm if everything was in order. And he did not give us a chance to complain about anything. He is an asset to you team. I should mention your sakes team was brilliant and help us make the bookings and took care of all my requests before i arrived at your resort. Joelrich, Francis, Sundar, John & Jesus at the Sea Shell restaurant were brilliant and made sure we were comfortable at the restaurant.Your team at Sea Shell Restaurant is out of this world. Special mention to Chef Rama, Chef Anand, Chef Kripa and Chef Jocen for their wonderful and sumptuous creations. I would again like to thank Mr Samarth for everything that he arranged for us. He made sure that i will never ever think of booking myself into any other resort in south Goa. Thanks to people like Samarth at Nanu Beach Resort and Vivek at Leela leisure Resort Mobor. i am now a staunch and loyal Nanu customer.
