It is very far from the main touristic places And the rooms are not painted

The place offers luggage storage, but categorically refuses to let you into the room before 15:00 without extra charge. For an additional fee, tea, coffee, snacks are available 24/7. Upon arrival, this place was not convincing - the hotel smelled unpleasantly and was dirty. This hotel (as they announce and offer) urgently needs to be renovated! While staying at this place, it felt like I was staying in a hostel instead of a 2 star hotel. On the arrival day I was changed to 3 different rooms. 1.rooms sanitary norm was not reasonable, shelf almost falling down if you put something on it, doors repaired and painted catastrophically as child would have done it, a yellow chair with brown spots all over it and etc. - therefore I asked for another number that was assigned to me. 2.room - Okay sanitary better then the first one but with dripping sink and BEDBUGS! I immediately informed the reception about the BEDBUGS, but they took it as an normal thing and simply changed the room, saying that it was free of BEDBUGS. 3.room was almost Okay, except dirty wall, mold in bathroom corners and insufficiently cleaned floor, but the feeling that there could be BUDBEGS couldn't let me sleep all night long. So wanted to check-out before the time and receive my paid money, but the hotel considered the issues resolved by changing the rooms and refused to refund the money. The whole hotel is cracked and dirty - it should be closed immediately, because such premises cannot be offered to anyone. My mayor was full of this place when the fire siren went off in the evening, which sounded continuously for about 15-20 minutes, because it is more important to record and punish the smokers of the room than the other guests who thinks that a fire has started.

The Ootel in Berlin offers a wonderful experience with its location, service, and price. The room was clean and comfortable. The free parking and wifi at the hotel were a huge advantage for me. I will definitely choose this place next time.

Ootel has become one of my favourite places to stay in Berlin. The staff is incredibly helpful and they provide a very pleasant atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the room amenities are quite good as well. Definitely recommend it.

Not the cleanest , the lift was broken ,and no hot water or heating at all in the hotel

The reservation has been canceled the day in which I arrived in Berlin with no explanation. It is difficult to further give details, I had to call booking to receive another hotel. Completely unreliable, do not book in this hotel! Do not book in this hotel!

I have been to the Ootel once and yes it was a lot of fun. Beer was also available for cheap. The room was also cheap and I found the location also very cool. Large parking lot, nice friendly staff who were cool on it. Breakfast was also delicious. Only my room was not cleaned, so I thought it was done by itself but apparently you have to give notice, but yes is also logical.

We were assigned a room at 5th floor. And guess what? The lift is non-functional and yes we carry our heavy luggage. They could have mentioned it in their property page. Anyhow, Maskenpflicht signage is on the door but not any of the staff wear one, and it was not imposed to the guests also. With regards to the room, it was ordentlich and clean. Towels are available. The room we booked is with twin-bed, and gladly they gave us double-bed.

Their elevator is extremely old. I was trapped in the elevator for at least 1 hour. Their staff is extremely rude, not only does not apologize, but is also extremely arrogant. I asked for a refund the next day but refused, shamelessly rogue hotel.
