Great city location, easy access. Very basic hotel but nice, clean and safe. travelled with my teenage son. We had a great time and an early check in. very basic but affordable and central location ...

No air con,just a small fan with 32 degrees outside. I asked a quiet room and I got a room on the street side. No wi-fi after 22:00 and unless u go to reception to ask them to restart the router u won't have wi-fi at all. There is noone at the reception the night so I was stuck without wi-fi and had to use my data so I paid a small fortune. I was expecting after the 1st day reporting of no wi-fi all night and day that someone will fix it,but no. They restarted the router so I had internet for few hours and then it eas gone again. It's like when staff left reception they disabled the wi-fi? Also no satellite TV channels as per advertisement and when I checked out at 11 am there was nobody at the reception. The staff's english isn't good,they hardly talk to you anyway so this creates a weird atmosphere. Location is good but with that money I could have booked somewhere where I could have had internet so to do work and also check in online at my flight and make plans for next day out in the city. I have sent them an email asking compensation for not having wi-fi but noone bothered to reply. Staying there doesn't worth the stress

This is a good hotel for the price. This isn't the place if you spend a lot of time in your room, but it is extremely clean, has friendly staff, has what you need, and is in a great location--just one block from the Holocaust memorial and a good two--maybe three--from Brandenberger Tor.

Great location (5 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz train/S/U) and two minutes from a large modern shopping mall which includes a large supermarket plus food hall. There's also a huge popular Indian restaurant/bar halfway to Potsdamer Platz plus a couple of other restaurants even closer. Easy walking distance to Brandenburg Gate / Reichstag if you like. Basic hotel, with poor/average strength wifi and a small fridge and easy to operate room safe plus all the essentials with en suite. No breakfast (but see above) - only basic non/alcoholic drinks available from a machine in a very small communal area next to reception. Clean. Bed a little hard. Walls a little thin. Quiet street. In sum, not a place to linger but perfect if you're just after place to sleep and good transit connections with reasonable value for money. Plenty of food choice very close by. Potsdamer Platz area also has its own points of interest, not least of which is the Philharmonie.

Do not stay in this hotel. It is unsafe. This is a one floor hotel with no one at the front desk at night so you feel all alone in the hotel. Some staff does not speak or understand English. The front door is locked at night. IT IS UNSAFE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We are a family of four and the room is very spacious and affordable. It is only walking distance to Berlin mall hence it's very convenient. They have a very small lobby with coffee facility but if there's already people there, you don't have enough room to stay.

Robo en la habitación, nos robaron nada mas salir de la habitación y fueron los trabajadores e incluso avisados por la recepcionista. Al llegar a la habitación y darnos cuenta fuimos a recepción y se negaron a llamar a la policía, en su lugar llamaron al clsn de los chinos y mientras nosotros llamamos a la poli con nuestro móvil y antes de que llegara la poli llegaron ellos.. lógicamente pudimos denuncia.

2 Min. Fußweg zur Mall, 5 Min. zum Potsdamer Platz, 8 Min.bis zum Brandenburger Tor... viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe, besser geht es nicht. Haben mit unseren Kindern 2 Tage zu Fuß und mit dem Schiff Berlin erkundet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Parkplatz um die Ecke.
