The Circus Hotel

Funky hotel with its own cafe/bar for casual passers by. Downside was a noisy tram line outside - but with strong double glazing - you just need to close the window! Excellent location by the U Bhan with other food places a stones throw away. Recommend a visit to ‘Kaschk’ a craft beer venue just around the corner 🍻

Breakfast superb - you have to try the african eggs. Missed the first night of stay, no problem of doing an early check the day after. Very understanding and welcoming reception. Location is just too good. I enjoyed the overall experience A LOT.

A totally hipster looking place, overloaded with awesome stuff in every wall and every corner. Great place, great location, good quality for what you pay. Check every detail in the hotel, it'll bring you a smile and some of the funky stuff that Berlin has to offer. Skip the breakfast for sure, nothing fantastic and you can get just a few meters outside a bunch of great places for it.

酒店位於市中心，交通是最大的加分項，輕軌 地鐵就在旅館門口，離市中心也很近。我訂的單人間是閣樓間，斜屋頂，面積衹有不到15平米，入住時稍顯侷促和壓抑。 前台服務不錯的，專業並且熱情。每晚九百多的房價，覺得性價比不高，如果再來柏林，應該不會再次入住。

We did plenty of research before we booked our trip to Berlin. When looking up somewhere to stay the Circus kept coming up so we went for it. Located in Rosenthaler Platz, it’s in a great location. There’s a U Bahn and S Bahn stop right outside which allow for easy access all over Berlin. Alexanderplatz is about a 10/15 min walk. There’s plenty of cafes, restaurants and a few bars nearby. There’s hotel’s own bar is quite nice too - Lost My Voice Bar. The hotel itself is quite modern and quirky. The room was a good size - perfect for sleeping in since the days were spent exploring. I would say if you don’t like street noise or the rattle of the subway, ask for a room on the inside. Ours was the outside with a view looking out on the street which we didn’t mind and we’d no problem sleeping. Potentially louder at weekends, as our last night, Thursday, seemed busier than the early week. Staff were friendly - didn’t have much need for interaction as we’d no issues to solve. Would definitely stay again.

The Circus is right in the middle of the most hip and trendy area of Berlin and lives up to expectations, from the moment you enter you’re in a stylish lobby and bar, and the rooms though small and compact, are perfect. You have everything you need for. A comfortable and well appointed stay. Cocktails, a roof terrace, posh smellies in your room, super friendly and helpful staff - what more could you ask for? Def’ worth a recommendation for a stay in Berlin (and go to Cafe Fleury just round the corner for breakfast, it’s fantastic)

Fantastic service ,centrally located with a tram that links directly to the Main train station . The room was beautifully designed and super spacious . We had a room facing the courtyard (Hof) which was super quiet . Breakfast was really nice with great option .

The hotel is wonderfully located in the former East Berlin, only 15 minutes walking from Alexanderplatz, right above a Metro station, and facing several tram stops. Staff are attentive, professional and always smiling. It is a modern (or maybe entirely renovated?) building, very nicely decorated and with beautiful and functional furniture. The rooms (even the small ones) are large enough, the bed where we slept was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and functional. Several tram lines pass under the hotel, but the windows are excellent and even at night our room (207) was quiet enough. The value for money of the rooms is OK considering that Berlin is a very expensive city (one would always like to spend less, right?) but the breakfast is definitely too expensive. No problem, in the area there are dozens of bars where you can have an excellent breakfast at democratic prices. We will certainly return to the Circus on our next visit to Berlin.
