The interior is quite nice and definitely 4 star worth.
I booked a non-refundable single room for two nights, which was nice and clean. Everything needed was there.
I do have to admit two flaws:
1. The friendly lady at the front desk got the wrong information from the system so I has to pay a second time on site (prepaid at trip.com).
Thankfully the night manager figured it out and refunded me the money before it have been booked.
2. I have chosen the Hotel ONLY because of the large pool to swim in the morning. Unfortunately the friendly lady (first contact) told me the pool is closed on the day of arrival, but I could use the spa instead for free today. It should open on next day, so I could do my morning swim.
The next morning in the spa they told me, pool won't open today still due to maintenance reason.
Both topics took me nearly one hour which is a no go for wasting customers time...

酒店比較大，自助早餐很棒，內容豐富，取餐空間大，人多時不會擁擠。酒店離火車站總站不遠，坐公交2站更便捷，但到酒店會走路比坐地鐵稍遠點，但坐地鐵要轉一次車。酒店附近有超市和DM.
房間總統不錯，就是到處都是鏡子，特別是衞生間，感到不太適應。

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement dans lequel nous étions déjà venus 3 fois.
Ce séjour fut très décevant.
Le réceptionniste, lors du check-in, n’a pas retrouvé notre réservation.
Il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre (519).
Lors dû check-out, le stagiaire en poste à la réception voulait nous faire payer une nouvelle fois.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. My room was quiet also. I never heard anyone in adjacent rooms or loud noises in the hallway, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.
