This is a good hotel for family or business trip, the location is good for shopping and dining place

Das Zimmer und das Studio Ap. waren gut,Reception das Frühstück hätte auf jedem Fall mehr Säfte wie Tomatensaft Multifitamin Saft Apfelsaft.Die Bar war sehr Teuer wenn schon Teuer da sollte man auch Cocktels machen können,das war leider schlecht ein großes Stück Gurke und viel Tapasko mit Tomatensaft für 12,00€ geht nicht. Pool Sauna war Super rest war gut wir kommen wieder. Gruß Ralf Gossler

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien. Très moderne, vastes chambres bien chauffées, bien équipées, bien décorées avec des matériaux de qualité, de petites mignardises se trouvaient dans la chambre lors de mon arrivée. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, simple mais bon. Le Pdj est fantastique. Idéalement situé au centre de Berlin, endroit calme et sûre. Parking gardé payant (un peu cher)

A great, modern hotel, not too far away from the main attractions of Berlin. My only negative point is that the hotel is very warm in all common areas.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Super freundlicher Service. Super sauber und wunderbare Zimmer !!! Immer wieder gerne

Rooms are beautiful but are not soundproof. You hear everything from the elevator, the hallway, the guests above and the street... For the price of the room breakfast should be included.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, pool / sauna and steam room great way the start & finish the day. The 1 bedroom apartment was very well equiped with everything required for our 11 night stay with a toddler. Highly recommend and will stay again. Suggestion would be more water refill stations available around the hotel to reduce the amount of plastic bottles purchased.

Pro: Moderne Zimmer, viele Annehmlichkeiten Contra: Personal - größtenteils sehr schlechte Deutschkenntnisse, darüber hinaus wurde ich mehrfach durch die Rezeptions-Kollegen belogen. Die rothaarige Dame versteht offen gesagt ihren Job überhaupt nicht (hat City-Tax abgezogen). Als mir dieses auffiel und ich den großen, korpulenten Herren darauf ansprach, sagte dieser, dass am nächsten Morgen sowohl er als auch der General Manager im Hause sei, um den Sachverhalt zu klären. Ironischerweise waren beide am nächsten morgen NICHT da :-) Scheinbar sind diese beiden Kollegen dafür bekannt, ihre Hotelgäste anzulügen/Unwahrheiten zu erzählen, da andere Rezeptions-Kollegen dies indirekt bestätigten ("Warum lügt er immer?"). Außerdem hat das Haus ein Belüftungsproblem - sowohl in den Fluren als auch in den Zimmern sauna-artiges Klima. Ich komme NIE wieder.

Great location, small but warm and nice swimming pool (the highlight). Dirty rooms, got an ok one at a third attempt (they claimed it was the structure of the tiles, but you could scrape the spots away with your finger). Did not remove all dirty cups and cutlery when cleaning. Few hooks to hang your clothes and towels. Did not clean the tables and generally bad cleaning. No information in the room about hotel facilities.

Second time at the Sana, first was in the apartments, located not far from the heart of kudamm, staff was very welcoming, clean hotel good service.

Stora rymliga rum och trevlig personal. Korridoren var dock väldigt varm och sängen stenhård. Läget är väldigt bra, nära flera U-bahnstationer och nära shoppinggatan i Küdam.

Ett hotell med bra faciliteter. Nära till julmarknaden vid kunfutstendamm. Inte långt till hop-on bussen.

Var der tre nætter. Generelt er rummet/badeafdeling dårligt oplyst. Efter første rengøring var der ingen håndklæder til os og dagen efter var der chips i den redte seng! og vi manglede kaffekapsler og glas blev kun skiftet med eet pr dag. Baren/restaurant er hyggelig med god stemning men mad og drinks er ikke imponerende. Men venligt personale i reception og bar.
