Very nice aparthotelhotel. On some days the price is somewhat expensive though compared to other places nearby. And they don't accept cash.

沒什麼服務可言吧，基本就是自己來，入住滿七天才會有人打掃，酒店也沒有什麼設施，位置還可以！

Locke is my new favourite hotel in Berlin. It’s clean, quiet, and has such nice design features. Everyone who works there has been so pleasant and accommodating. It happened to be my birthday and they made me feel even more special. There’s also a cool cafe connected to the hotel. Location is perfect as you’re in close proximity to everything. I will only stay here from now on ＜3

The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I was expecting a full service hotel but it was not . We did not get full service. For example, nobody came to do our room in the mornings

Feels like an apartment. Has everything you need. Gym was great and has all the equipment (except treadmill) and lots of natural light. Was convenient to hop on an uber to most places around town.

Great hotel for a single traveler. Ostbahnoff close by was key to getting around all parts of the city. Loved everything about the hotel.

The stay at Locke was excellent. There was free morning coffee in the room which was a great plus. The staff was lovely and the location is good to get around about anywhere. Small minus that the room wasn’t cleaned every day. And more options for recycling please!

Advertised as a 4 Star Hotel, it is more a 4 star serviced apartment. Housekeeping only once every 7 days. A small cafe area at reception for a very limited breakfast (fruit and croissants). Service at the cafe is very slow. No reception contact telephone in the bedroom, staff communicate via WhatsApp, we had several texts and calls whilst out site seeing chasing us for payment for our room (on our second day), we returned home to find we’d been locked out of our room. No evening bar available for drinks. We stayed as a family of 4, rooms were beautifully decorated but lots of ornaments that we had to put away in the cupboards to avoid breakages with children. Storage space is already very limited. Unfortunately our experience of the service was very disappointing at this property. Would not revisit.
