โรงแรมใกล้กับ Grüne Pumpe, เบอร์ลิน

I have just returned from 4 nights at the Leonardo Berlin. I chose this hotel as it was the closest to my brothers apartment near Charlottenburg Palace. The price was extremely good value for money. Wilmersdorfer Straße is a few metres from the from door with all the shops you could want. 20 minutes walk to Charlottenburg palace or 2 stops on the underground which is a 2 minute walk. Our room was a comfort twin on the 4 floor, which was extremely clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a free bottle of water on arrival. There was a an excellent selection at breakfast. Bacon , scrambled eggs and sausages most mornings. Full selection of continental cheeses, meats and salads. Pasties and breads galore. The ladies in the restaurant were extremely helpful as my mother has trouble walking, they helped her to a seat while I went and got breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin

Der Aufenthalt war ehr mittelmäßig. Wir haben das erste Zimmer reklamieren müssen wegen Haaren und schuppen im Bad und Bett. Das zweite Zimmer war ebenfalls ein Familienzimmer mit einem Bett weniger. Die Kinder fanden es mittelmäßig das sie nun zusammen schlafen mussten. Das Zimmer wurde vom Direktionsassistenten geprüft und für gut befunden. Leider hat der Herr die Spinnen im Vorhang, an der Decke und im Bad übersehen. Am Abend nutzten wir das Restaurant, es hat ganze 55 Minuten gedauert bis ein verbrandes schnitzel und Nudeln mit Tomatensauce kamen. Der Service und Geschmack ließ mehr als zu wünschen. Am 2. Abend wollten wir das Restaurant mit den unhöflichen Mitarbeitern nicht mehr nutzen also bestellten wir Pizza. Leider gab es weder im hotel noch vor dem hotel eine geeignete entsorgungsstation dafür. Das hotel liegt im Wald an einem See, klar gibt es da einiges an vierzeug aber auf beiden Zimmern das selbe Problem zeigt wohl ehr die mangelhafte Reinigungsqualität. Wir haben dies nachdem wir wieder zuhause angekommen sind 4 Tage später reklamiert, wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen was wir nicht gebucht haben es fehlte ein Bett sowie den Zustand der Zimmer. Der Direktionsassistent ließ uns wissen das man seinen Fehler einsehen und eine Rückerstattung leiste. Weiterhin ließ er uns wissen das durch die Pizzakartons eine Geruchsbelästigung entstand und dadurch keine Vermietung stattfand. Sie dürfen sowieso nicht 100 % vermieten und hätten sie das Zimmer am selben Tag gesäubert wäre auch kein Geruch entstanden. Dieses hotel ist absolut nur zu empfehlen wenn man Berlin im Dschungel mit unhöflichen Mitarbeitern und Direktionsassistenten erleben will.

This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.

ผมได้ไปพักที่โรงแรมนี้เพื่อพักผ่อนช่วงกลางสัปดาห์กับลูกสาวที่น่ารัก ด้วย UBER ประมาณ 10 Euro เพื่อเดินทางไปโรงแรม เช็คอินได้ราบรื่น พี่ผู้ชายที่อยู่หลังโต๊ะทํางานไม่เป็นมิตรเกินไปแต่ค่อนข้างมีประสิทธิภาพและนั่นก็ใช้ได้ เราจ่ายค่า tourist-tax และได้ key room-key หนึ่งสําหรับห้องพัก เราจ่ายออนไลน์คืนละประมาณ 80 Euro และเราได้ห้องที่มีสามเตียงอยู่ด้านหลัง ห้องพักสะอาดและเรียบง่าย โต๊ะทํางานพร้อมทีวีจอใหญ่ ห้องอาบน้ํา-ห้องสุขาและอ่างล้างหน้า โ ฝักบัวก็โอเค แต่เราไม่ชอบผ้าม่านอาบน้ํา อีกทั้งน้ําจะอุ่นประมาณห้านาทีแต่ก็ไม่ได้รบกวนเรา ทําความสะอาดทุกวันด้วยผ้าปูและผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่ ตอนเช้าทานอาหารเช้าได้แต่ต้องจ่าย เราไม่ได้ใช้ โรงแรมตั้งสะดวก อยู่กลางเมืองเบอร์ลิน ใกล้ Kurfurstenstrasse และ Dam ใกล้ U-Bahn และรถบัสต่างๆ

 โรงแรมราคาประหยัดพร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกราคาประหยัด ฉันไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมากและไม่มีอะไรน้อยลง ในประสบการณ์ของฉันมันเป็นคําอธิบาย ทําเลดีใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินและสามารถเดินไปด่านชาร์ลีได้ โรงแรมมีพื้นที่บาร์ที่ดีติดกับโต๊ะเช็คอิน ด้วยสถานที่นั่งสบาย เตียงนุ่มมากแม้ว่าในห้องเตียงแฝดจะอยู่ใกล้กันเกินไป โรงแรมมีเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องพักของโรงแรมและหม้อน้ําสําหรับผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ํา อย่างไรก็ตาม AC อยู่ห่างออกไปเล็กน้อย ดังนั้นให้เวลาตัวเองมากพอที่จะเย็นลงก่อนนอน

ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ!! Alexanderplatz Square อยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรม! สะดวกเพราะสามารถเดินถึงสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวได้มากมายและมีร้านอาหารและศูนย์การค้ามากมาย!! นี่เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดหากคุณวางแผนการเดินทางระยะสั้น วิวเปิดกว้างไม่อับชื้น!! ฉันแนะนำที่นี่! แต่ในห้องไม่มีตู้เย็น... อาจจะผิดหวังมากกว่านี้ถ้าจองโรงแรมช่วงหน้าร้อน และห้องพักก็เล็กมาก ห้องน้ำเป็นกระจกใสอาจไม่เหมาะกับการเข้าพักกับครอบครัว (มีม่าน แต่กั้นไม่ได้ทั้งหมด) หากคุณวางแผนที่จะอยู่ในเบอร์ลินเป็นเวลานานและไม่ได้เดินทางกับครอบครัวเพศเดียวกันคุณอาจต้องคิดให้ดี อย่างไรก็ตามเนื่องจากทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบมาก โรงแรมนี้จึงแนะนำสำหรับนักเดินทางระยะสั้น!!

จองโรงแรมนี้เพื่อประชุมในย่านนั้น ห้องพักสวยและกว้างมากสําหรับเมืองในเยอรมัน ทําเลสะดวกในการช้อปปิ้งและรถไฟเดินไปแหล่งท่องเที่ยวได้สบายๆ ทางเข้าและล็อบบี้ทําให้ผมกังวลเพราะมันเล็กและไม่หรูหราแต่ห้องพักสวยมากใหญ่กว่าที่คิดไว้สะอาดมากและมีเครื่องปรับอากาศเป็นครั้งแรกที่โรงแรมตัวเลือกแต่ผมก็จะมาพักอีก

The hostel is very dirty. All the surfaces are sticky. There is a terrible stench in the rooms, toilets, corridors and lobby. Things forgotten by the previous tenants are lying around until they are thrown away by the current tenants. Mattresses are stained with brown stains, possibly menstrual blood (I was in the women's room). The pillows are crumpled and terribly uncomfortable. The beds stand so you can't fully open the window to air it out. The lobby is very noisy and smelly too, apparently there is no ventilation or it is blocked. Absolutely not recommended, even for 25€ a night! It's too much for this place.

นี่ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรกที่ฉันมาพักที่ A&O Berlin ฉันเคยไปมาก่อนและทันทีหลังโรคระบาดด้วย ช่วงนี้คุณภาพของการบริการคงที่และเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานค่อนข้างมีน้ําใจและรวดเร็วในการช่วยเหลือในเรื่องใดๆ ที่คุณอาจมีปัญหา บางครั้งสิ่งที่ไม่ทํางานอย่างที่คิดไว้ (เครื่องชงกาแฟการซื้อแบบไม่ติดต่อ) แต่พวกเขาจะรับประกันการเข้าพักของคุณได้อย่างราบรื่น อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมายและมีให้เลือกหลายอย่าง แค่อยากให้กาแฟน่าจะดีกว่านี้ แต่รวมๆ แล้วก็ไม่ได้แย่ อีกอย่างห้องพักอาจจะทําด้วยสีชื่นใจหน่อยนอกจากของที่ผ้าม่านให้ สิ่งที่ชอบที่สุดของโฮสเทลนี้คือความสอดคล้องกับหลักการของเครือและความจริงที่ว่าคุณจะพบทุกอย่างที่คุณต้องการสําหรับการเข้าพักที่ดีแม้กระทั่งทิชชู!

It was visited in August 2022.First, receptionist does not speak English or German.She was kind in trying...Next, the room was in another building., and location was different from the photo in website.They had a photo of another building, which later I found it it the palace of Alt Kopenick near the river.I received a room in old factory (see photo attached) .Later I asked the housekeeping staff and they said it is cheeper there but they send in KB2 only Polish and Romanian, Bulgarian guest.I am Polish.This sounded very rasist and this is the 1st reason I don't reccomment this place.They have rasist attitute from the very beggining. I wanted they to show me another room in the main building- also looked different from photos in the website....Dirty rooms dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper, no soup in dispensers, no paper for hands just have dispensers fixed on the walls for image. Staff dont speak English and dont understand me when I asked for new bedlinen they said these are new, but they looked as used.This us the second reason for my review. The most supprising was staff is entering my room without my permission and even dont say sorry. Be careful!Don't waste your money!Staff steals from guest rooms!Rasist owner, rude staff, dirty place to stay in.!!!
