Accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel est à l'écoute de sa clientèle, nous recommande les restaurants à proximité, les aspects pratiques pour la visite de la ville et nous prête un parapluie lors d'une averse.

+ Great location: close to the train station and many shops and restaurants. You can walk around the city easily. + The owners were very nice; they helped us to heat our baby's food. +It is like an old place but it has a lift, bathroom and cozy bedroom. More than enough for a night in Bergamo, which is a beautiful city that you cannot miss if you are there because you intend to visit Milan.

Amazing stay, wonderful location wether it was to walk around Bergamo or travel out via train (10min walk from the station). Friendly staff, good sized room and cool vibe.

In general my stay was okay. However when I reserved the room it said they had machines to do laundry. However when I checked in they said they didn’t had any washing machines.
That is the only problem I encountered. In general is a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Great location and friendly staff. The building is old but in quite good condition. They even have a few parking spots. Overall my expression is good.
