Great location next to Parx ******. Good breakfast. Very hard bed/ it is not memory foam. It was so hard and painful that I had to sleep on the ottoman instead.

Didn’t like the hotel at all, left early because my wife was uncomfortable with some of the guests making rude comments when she was going out for a run.
Gym equipment was not working properly, had not been calibrated correctly.
Likewise, the espresso machine, which was a very good quality was not working correctly.
Over all, poor value. Could have stayed Orel 8 and been just as happy.

All the staff was very efficient and helpful. When we checked out I had inadvertently left a piece of equipment of my sleep machine behind. They held onto it until I emailed a delivery label. They boxed it and I got it the next day. So appreciated it.

The front desk ladies we very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and the continential breakfast was better than most other hotels.
