Taj West End

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

I loved this place. Food is amazing, rooms are so big and clean

The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

Old school 5 star Colonial era 125 years old property

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

Amazing place. Taj is always my second home. Being Gold member we got the suite upgrade and I must say that this heritage property has its own taste. Taj is undisputed famous for his hospitality so 200 points to that and no need mention it again but this property is all different. No high rise towers, greenery every where, history in itself as holding one of the oldest post letter box inside the hotel with couple if tress which are still holding for more than a century. Words are not enough to describe the beauty and tranquility of this place. Just go their and stay their whole day. The most friendly staff will take care of all your needs. Will surely visit soon.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We had a wonderful stay overall. There were a few drawbacks however the pro’s outweigh the cons and we would stay there again. Pro: - Beautiful lush sanctuary of trees and gardens. Peaceful and great if you have kids. Hard to find anything like it in Bangalore city to stay in. Pool was beautiful like a tropical paradise. Con: They are doing some loud construction work right outside our room which means we couldn’t enjoy sitting on our balcony. We still enjoyed walks through the gardens though. I understand these things the inevitable but it is the hotels duty to let guests know before hand and offer a discount. After all the whole point of choosing your hotel was to enjoy the surroundings. They also loudly drilling a fire hydrant in the middle of the afternoon right outside our room while we were in it! They were apologetic but there is a miscommunication somewhere between teams in the hotel. Pro: - excellent service. The staff right from the people who greet you outside, reception and hotel staff are so lovely. Special mention to Mohan, Venkatesh and Chef Chinaswamy who made breakfast a wonderful time. Food was delicious and the cocktails we ordered by the pool were great. Also the lovely lady at reception ( didn’t get her name) who ended up calling us at 9pm which was annoying as we requested no phone calls as it woke our babies up but who was very apologetic which I appreciate. Cons: There was one particular lady who on the last day was very rude before check out. I asked if there was a baby changing facility in the bathroom near the restaurant and she didn’t even look up from her computer and said “No” so rudely. A hotel of your standing with so many international guest and families should have a baby changing table in the public bathrooms.

Absolutely a memorable stay. Thanks for making our engagement anniversary stay so calm and peaceful. I have shared a detailed feedback about the whole hospitality already to Taj. It's excellent. Would like to mention few people. Hope we haven't forgotten anyone. Plz do pass on to all the team members ehi have gone unnoticed. Kudos team for living like a happy supportive family yourself. It is so important to love what you do. It was evident in the fun times they had amidst handling guests. Thanks for the room upgrade, the cakes the decor and the care. Excellent hospitality by the staff and true to the traditions of Taj. The reception staff namely Ms Anamika was very helpful and supportive. Last but not least the staff at Machan namely Mr Mohan and Ms Shweta Rai who were always ready to meet our demands.
