Hi, i highly recommend this hotel! It's well located .The team is professional and welcoming. Food is so delicious, i do like it and forward from coming back soon! Think that if they mat all the floors they 'll get another star ;)

I liked the breakfast.
The staff was ok.
The bathroom was not very clean, the towels were very old and not clean,
There was a lot of noise coming from the neighbor rooms.
The paint of the wall started wearing.

Excellent experience in this hotel I discovered in Algiers, a highly skilled and friendly staff. Always suggesting their help, explaining every time free or included services that you may miss, Managing Director used to take coffee at breakfast and not hesitating to smile and asking if any issues. Rooms, lobbies and restaurant are beautiful, nice tidy and welcoming. I travelled for decades around the world, it is one my Top 10.

La réception est catastrophique. La navette n'est jamais présente même si on prévient 24h à l'avance, j'ai dû venir en Yassir de l'aéroport et repartir avec un taxi. Les serveurs manquent grandement de professionnalisme et vous prennent de haut. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

La reservation a été faite sur internet, l'argent a été débité sur mon compte, sauf que je suis arrivée, ils n'avaient pas de reservation à mon nom et l'hôtel était soit disant complet..... Obligé de payer un autre hôtel. Vraiment pas sérieux !!

Bonsoir bon hôtel très très bien situé hôtel Cosi a taille chambre propre literie confortable seul bémol c'est que les matériaux commence a se détériorer pour la restauration je trouve qu'elle est correcte pas plus le personnels pas encore au top problem en Algérie manque flagrant de professionnalisme.
