Eu reservei uma acomodação no Ianelli Luxo Savassi, cujo pagamento foi antecipado. Ao chegar no local eu me surpreendi com o estado deplorável de conservação do quarto. Muito mofo, cama desconfortável e instalações em péssimo estado de conservação. Eu fiz uma reclamação com o proprietário, que se esquivou e me deu a entender que o azar foi meu. Eu reclamei no ***********, que também se esquivou. Eu saí da acomodação no dia seguinte para um Hotel. Minha sugestão não reserve o Ianelli Lixo Savassi, porque é muito ruim. Também não faça reserva pelo ***********, porque a empresa não possui protocolos de controle de qualidade e de atendimento ao cliente.
