Vacation at Ela Excellence resort Belek was a blast! Ela resort Belek is simply wonderful, perfect place for relaxation with your family. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms, food, entertaiment 10 points. Beautiful hotel, very well maintained and gorgeous grounds and friendly staff. The kids club was amazing probably one of the best in Turkey. I chose this hotel specifically as both my children have food allergies we were given allergy cards however we did not use them the food was labeled and I just used my due diligence. The food was good no complaints. The room was lovely. Negatives There were not enough snack bars around all eating options were sit down. There is fruit and a patisserie however only the fruit was suitable due to my kids food allergies. There was no fruit ice lollies at the pool bar freezer, we could only request vegan I've cream at two restaurants. Which was difficult when my kids wanted ice lollies by the pool. There were no family activities throughout the day, as my daughter did not want to visit the kids club alone. We did visit the kids club with them which was great.

My husband and I visited the Ela Excellence resort with our 3 young boys aged 5 and 1year old twins. When we first arrived we were greeted and taken to our room. We had paid an upgrade for a sea view. Unfortunately, the room was very far away from the main building, restaurants etc. and was on the ground floor so the view was poor. It was a nice sized room but was close to the evening entertainment which is incredibly loud (probably too loud). We had only 1 z bed and a sofa bed for our 3 children. We spent the first night with our twins in bed with us. We had arrived late but were pleasently surprised by the fare on offer in the 24/7 al a carte restaurant. We ordered lamb chops, steak, burgers, soup, pizza etc. We were all very satisfied with the food in this restaurant. The following day the hotel changed our room and it was on 4th floor with better views (although the glass on the balcony was precariously wobbly, which frightened me due to having young children with us). The kids club is out of this world. They have thought of everything. Soft play, lego, toddler rooms, interactive boards, cinema screens, arts and crafts, fire engine, outdoor playground, doctors surgery, dentist, and also an arcade with VR, playstations, basketball. They even have a kids only restaurant that serves lunch and snacks for the children throughout the day. On our 4th night unfortunately my youngest son became very poorly with a high temperature and we called a Dr to the room. They diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics and antihistamines all with a hefty price tag. A few days later he developed a blistering rash and when we got home the GP diagnosed Hand Foot and Mouth (no ear infection and more importantly no antibiotics required). We are convinced he caught it in the kids club. The other 2 children also caught the same virus a few days later. The entertainment is ok. On one night we seen a circus at the auditorium that was great. But the live music is far too loud and the children could not stand the level of noise so we couldn't join this most nights. The kids pool is great and our 5 year old loved the slides. Unfortunately the water is freezing cold in the water spray sections and everyone huddles into the 1 x heated pool. Same goes for the larger pools, they are freezing cold except 1 pool that is always overcrowded because of this. The indoor pool in the spa is also heated. The beach is ok. With sunbeds available and waiters to bring drinks. There is a bar on the pier. There is so much food to choose from at Ela Excellence. The buffet is amazing (and we are not buffet people). Always so much choice. Breakfast options are vast, fresh smoothies, fruit, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, eggs, omelette station, pancakes, waffles, croissants and pastries, various breads to choose from, cereals, baby jars. The lunch and evening buffet are great too with fresh salads, fruits and vegetables. Vegan options, meat galore, steaks and lamb chops, pizza,

We had a perfect 10 days vacation in the hotel. The hotel looks well attended and maintained. Great F&B concept in general, cosy ambiance in La Sofa restaurant with attentive service by Menduh and Halil. Also we have enjoyed our A la cart dinner in Galata with amazing food choice and service by Gladys and Umit. Cleaning service was efficient as well.

Assistant service one of the best 5+ .Hotel is good. Everybody nice, wants to help you If you need something. about food, Can be better if equipment was much better because it was Warm food should be hot if not that food was delicious. kids zone was very good 5+.

Incredible resort. As a single 33 year old comming with family I thought it may be catered just for families with children. The resort relaxation experienceisnt for me i thought.....there is something for everyone. The entertainment team are fantastic. Yoga in the morning, then aquabike and crossfit with Baris (sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly!) kept me going. Great workouts, engaging and lots of fun. Even banging music choice with techno recommendations too! 👌💪. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

At the hotel for a family holiday. After speaking with Baris I decided to do the CrossFit class and it was absolutely brilliant. Boris had a really good workout plan and made it a very fun and challenging class. I have been in the outdoor fitness gym several times and I have asked Baris for advice on how to do some exercises better. I have also seen Baris several times throughout the hotel and he is very friendly and asks how our holiday is going. Fanatic service. Thank you.

It was the best holiday time ever, we all recommend to go there. Different show every day with professional actors. Rooms contained everything you need. Beautiful beach. The best entertaiment team. Special thanks to Kuka's professional aproach and take care of everyone to have good time.
