Gloria Golf Resort - Kids Concept

Fabulous hotel with high quality facilities, beautiful setting, clean and amazing food. Staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome & comfortable - highlight for us was Idayla and her brilliant daily pool aerobics. Will definitely go again.

At 1st I would thank Nina from the reception, Fatiha from sales team , finally Saleem the activity boy . All been the so nice so supportive. The resort is nice . Green every where , I enjoyed the stay . On the other. Hand I found few downsides . 1. Most of the team does not know basic English. Which made communication very difficult. 2. Some of the waiters are rude. 3. When you ask to have your meal they ask the table number . That was an issue . We have stayed 9 days . 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Total 5 meals . Where not delivered by ordering system they use . 4. The wooden chairs in children's area . I wish if they could replace it with plastic ones . As my baby had a cut in his lip( deep cut ) while he was playing normal. Even he did not fall or done anything wrong . 5. When ever we go to gloria pub and ask for doretos 50% of the time. There were no doretos and need to refill in 15 to 20 min . 6.on the 2nd say I have reported that we left swimming goggles and water ball . On the chairs . We went to eat and returned. The items where taken . All other items where stated on the chair .talked to relation customer. They told me they will reply me or send me a letter. I neither received any . 7. The 2nd day . They missed refill mini bar . I called them that they missed to refill it. The answer was " the 2nd refill is paid , since you didn't got that 1st refill . We will do the 2nd time for free " ...... what ???????? Again ...... what ????. 8. night shows are boring . 9. Arena area : one of the worst bar and very bad location you can't enjoy either shows or anything. The bar does not deliver anything. Cleanness is 10/10 Gogi club is amazing .( the jungle one ) Outstanding food menu . The snacks restaurants have tons of things to order . I would thankfully Appreciate they let me stay a late check out until 7 because of the accident which happened to my kid . Finally . To be honest it's good resort and I would revisit the resort again . But I wish if they fix the mentioned points.

Our stay at Gloria Golf Resort was amazing! The hospitality was top-notch from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Elizaveta from Guest Relations for her exceptional care and attention. The resort features spacious, clean rooms, delicious dining options, and beautiful golf course. The spa was a perfect retreat. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I really enjoyed staying at Gloria. There are a lot of activities for kids. The working staff at the Gigi Kids Club is very welcoming and are eager to help you, especially Jenya, always with the kids keeping them happy. Definitely one of the best experiences. There were also trainers from the Eagle team Academy.

We wanted a week of golf, sunshine and good food, and and Gloria Golf Resort totally delivered! Great fresh food, amazing golf courses, access to the beach, what else can you wish for? A special thanks to the amazing staff, especially Ramazan, Bayan and Burak who made our visit very special 👌

It was an exciting experience after a long period for me, because every request has its respond, and never passed over. First of all we my wife with my 13 years old children has an suit but was not happy with it, just call guest relations, mr yusuf react very quickly, we had brand new designed villa, has a pool and a bar in front, peaceful. All personel was searching and quick reacting, active for costumer service and peace. This was incredible too. Thanks for all of them, for example in Pescada Resteruant in the seaside, mr İsmail was really acting as the owner of the restaurant, searching for happiness of costumers, i didnt see such a thing for long period. By the way, this Resteruant has such delicious snack and seafood. You will see every where energic serving people including buggy car serving all around the hotel area, which is in an incredible nature, and beautiful in an subtle design. Thanks for all for that effort.

Great hotel with great territory and superb food (of course fish and sea food)and drinks and service. Green, clean, spacious, beach bar on the pears. With pleasure I will come back. I am a professional travel agents and I appreciate this hotel.

We were visiting this hotel a lot of times. Last year we were put on quarantine for 3 days, But tests were switched. Golf fields, the territory itself, the kitchen and the service were excellent. But the rooms were a bit “tired”. If we are talking about managing director and his behavior towards guests, it seems like his ego is beyond stars. He cannot resolve conflict situations, or just don’t want to. The pool is also not in good condition. Because children in diapers are allowed to swim. It's for guests decide if it’s a good idea or not. My son needed drop counter after that, that says a lot about cleaning of this pool. I didn’t expect that site would delete negative feedback about hotel. Although I am myself the owner of the hotel, I understand that guests are different, and reviews can be not objective. But you need to work with this, not just delete what you don’t like. Hotel could make sun loungers for a price, because people are taking their seats in 6 a.m. and it looks not okay for a hotel like that. The hotel could make fishing places, but it seems like the hotel is not interested in earning money. The same goes to selling candies, nuts etc, although it is funny to watch how people just getting it to themselves in their pockets, bags etc. I think a lot of people would buy it, but the hotel is not interested in volleyball field was not in good condition, they should renovate it.

The hotel claims to provide a good service to every guest. Although it has came to my attention, that you are not allowed to complain in this hotel, if something bothering you, you might find yourself in a blacklist of this hotel. I hop[e that in the future this situation will be resolved.
