Gural Premier Belek

Visited the hotel with friends for the second time. Excellent service, food, beach, drinks, entertainment, yoga. Visited Turkish and Italian a la carte. It’s 20€/ per person, but totally worth it! You wouldn’t believe, but we have booked the hotel to come back in May for the third time ! That’s how much we love Gural!

The resort is fantastic, we were travelling with a toddler which enjoyed so much the activities and parks inside the resort. However, what we noticed as downsides would be: Cons: - the price that you pay for the pack does not include other activities such as game play area, tennis, etc - the lounges were not enough on the beach so people had to put towels on them to reserve and then they left; but a good thing was that once we escalated to the reception, they supplemented with more on the grass area so a BIG plus for that! Pros: - food is really good and variety - lots of activities for kids - they organized October fest in one evening which was really nice - hygiene and clean very good - customer service really nice and helpful All in all, we would recommend for sure, we had a very good time as well as our son was delighted with all areas/playground they have. It was a very good choice!

Absolutely fantastic . Let's start at the beginning. One disappointing aspect. The check in was slow.. especially at 3am. No welcome drinks or nothing..we had been travelling over 12hrs! Gave a bad first impression. No instructions either.  No explanation how wifi works.  (It's on the receipt they give you, username and password). The printer didn't work and the receptionist didn't try to communicate with us. No attempt at all. This was frustrating at 330am! However, when we got to room it was out of this world. Wine and fruit there. Mini bar stocked daily. Pool view with balcony and pool outside. So handy for when I'm a morning person and the others are not. I could sit by pool. So quiet. Waiter service. Iced coffee nice in morning. Played tennis this cost 15 euros. Slides excellent for my boys 18, 16 and 12. The beach was lovely and we jumped off jetty. Unfortunately no fish as water too cloudy. Tabletennis and mini golf great. Enough food and drinks but maybe a bit monotonous, but what do you expect! Everthing you needed in room. Pillow menu was welcomed. Air con fab. Safe handy. Huge walk in wardrobe! Staff are lovely and friendly. My son got asked for a tip by the cleaner?? We did tip the waiter service by our pool.  My tip is to choose a  pool view room. Ask for 2x ur drink so that u always have something on hand!! Also something for Gural to consider is guests what's app message every morning regarding resurant times and activities for the day. We missed the patisserie ! Loved the communication when we stayed at the Rixos. Occasionally we wanted a snack and we weren't sure which restaurants were open! It would be handy to know times. Gym was great according to my 18yr old semi-pro son. The shops were handy when my son needed sliders but probably more expensive. Belek city center is a Bazaar heaven. Loads of fake  goods. Bags, clothing, football shirts. About 15min walk. Check out is 12pm. We left luggage in reception. But passports and valuables in locker in spa. Very lovely people there. We showered there also before leaving. All staff lovely and welcoming and friendly. Some rude and unappreciative guests but you get them everywhere!Would I return?? Most definitely yes!!

We arrived here (as a family of 14) last Friday (now on day 6) and from the minute we arrived we where greeted by lovely staff on reception, Once checked in taken to our rooms by lovely bellboys ( who wouldn't let us near our suitcases to help carry them) our room (block 17) is lovely ( spotless clean with an extra large kingsize bed and single bed for or daughter. ( she normally sleeps on a thrown together sofa bed in prev hotels) there is everything in the room you should need so no need to pack any toiletries, towels, dressing gown slippers etc) rooms also have a mini fridge and chauffeured a beautiful balcony with rails to hang your set clothes on. The main restaurant serves good all night so if your hungry on late arrival problem solved! Food in main restaurant is plentiful ( though yet to find sliced wholemeal bread, but that maybe due to me going down for breakfast late!) For lunch their are snack bars galore but personally the beach bar under the main restaurant is the best too enjoy a served lunch from the menu ( though you do go up to the self service salad bar). Another must visit is the patisserie with a gorgeous selection of cakes ( even fresh cream ones) and biscuits. evening meals in the main restaurant can be a bit hectic, We found heading there around 8.30 the chaos has settled and give the waiters in there a tip they would throw a good few tables together so we could eat as a family, and provide a 10/10 service. Just be careful though you don't behead a child who is unsupervised in there , parents really need to get a grip and help their little ones in there even if it is just to save the hotel a few plates! Treat yourself to a Turkish bath/ massage I have had many in the past and here it was definitely in my top 3 ( Thank you Hussain and Rosa). Pool towels are provided , and a first for us waiter service around the pool area. Evening entertainment so far has been some of the best I've seen , Saturday night is Gala Night ( Dresscode black and White ) last Saturday all ladies where presented with a deep red beautiful red rose as we entered the restaurant) and then fireworks later that evening.! The friendly entertainment team work hard and wear some of the most elaborate costumes to entice those children ( who have survived the dinner plate beheading ) to the evening shows. There are plentiful bars that serve lots of variety of drinks including cocktails, branded shorts ( bacardi) iced coffee's and even branded ice cream (Magnumss,Twisters ,Cornetto's) make sure you have your smart phone with you when out and about so you can scan menu's. The hotel is spotlessly clean , toilets even more so ... I really can't believe that this hotel is only rated 4.5* it should be a 5*+ This hotel is very multi- national and English is certainly not fully understood with some of the staff , but you will soon suss out who can help you the most . Overall a beautiful hotel ,right on the beach probably the best Turkish hotel I have stayed in

This is great place for your family and friends. The food is plenty and delicious. The service is good. There is a variety of entertainments for children and adults. You won't be bored. The sea and the pools are great. I recomended this place.

Restaurants, bars, rooms, kidsclub, pools etc. Everything is perfect. Every facility is so clean. We felt like at home. Thank you Gural Premier Belek. Espceially for the families with children, we strictly recommend that hotel 🙏 Even for couples, it is amaizing. Stop searching anymore if you read this, book your room asap

Our first 5star family trip to Turkey was amazing. The resort was beautiful, buildings were lovely in lush surroundings and everywhere spotless. The beach was right next to us and pools and sun beds top class. Dispute only meeting one English family all week we coped very well with a few laughs and surprise drink 🍹 results but bar staff/restaurant staff do their best and smile through it. The food was just plentiful and amazing. The aqua park was great and not too busy as this was a really good time of year to go. Trips can be arranged and some are good value ie the Turkish massage and waterfall and bazaar trip. Euros are fully accepted. I’ve only given 4 stars as the spa pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance but the spa rooms were well worth a look as they are luxurious.

We hd amazing experience. I really don't get why people complain sometimes, that they miss something. It was all good, service, room, food and program though its already the end of the season. Last year we have chosen another hotel and I wouldn't want to come back there. If I was asked if I want to come back hear- definitely yes! We are still enjoying our last days in Belek! Would strongly recommend!

I can't find words to describe this awful experience. We are loyal guests of this hotel, and came back just because our first time here was quite pleasant. But not this time. We are a family of 4. They gave us a tiny room with 2 beds. For a week. I called and asked politely to change the room. Because they promised 32-37 m2, it's obviously not that big. They offered me an extra bed. Although there is no place for that. The manager responded with " it's your problem!, not mine!"😭 Ok. I asked for her name, silence was the answer. I started to film the video because I need a proof of the unfair situation and they all took off their cards with names and tried to frighten me with the police. My kids were crying, nobody reacted. I forgot to mention that they said about available big enough rooms for our family, but they wanted to get 800 euros for that. I mean is it ok for a 5 star hotel? Rude unprofessional staff, reluctant to help their guests.Never never come here, please. Find a better place for your beloved ones.
