Beijing BoLLy Wood Hotel (Guomao SKP Store)

Check-in process was difficult due to the language barrier - It took about 20 minutes to check-in, as the staff at the desk would only respond to the questions they wanted to ask, rather than me show them my booking from Trip.com on my phone. Room was very nice and modern - I was advised at check-in that I had been given a room upgrade which was positive. Unfortunately, despite the air conditioning in the room being set to cooling, the temperature in the room was 26.3 degrees (Please see picture of air conditioning panel) I did not sleep well because of the high temperature in the room, and I was also woken at 3:30am due to noise in the room above me, which went on for 30 minutes. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but as with many hotels in China, I found that the toilet in the room smelt of smoke, and there was cigarette ash on the toilet floor. Great size TV in the room with access to many of the latest international films, which had English subtitles. The biggest problem was breakfast - Very good selection of Chinese food options, but nothing else - No breakfast cereals, no fruit juice etc. The dining room was also very worn and tired looking. Due to the limited breakfast food options, I did not have much for breakfast. Despite the above, and because the room was nice, in the morning when checking out, I asked for an email address to contact the hotel to make enquiries about resolving my concerns from my stay, and also rates for future stay of 30 days (without breakfast), but they could not provide me with an email address.

第一次給差評 1、房間大小不滿足描述，結構奇怪，床尾走路不方便 2、同類型房間，我住的窗衹有其他房間1/3大【圖窗簾後】 3、房卡系統也是**，説14.00退房的，結果12.00房卡就刷新了，進不了房間了。 4、電視機也是擺設，遙控器就開關鍵可以【視頻已上傳】 5、選擇免打擾了房間還是被打掃了，打掃了嘛結果浴巾又不給換新的（因為去用時還是濕的） 6、洗手枱 吧枱 淋浴間設計都挺反人類的，不是碰頭就是洗澡水濺到外面

挺差，凌晨五點前台給了一間房，然後刷門禁裏面有一個男的在睡覺，真的很無語，這就很懷疑你們家酒店還有沒有私隱性，隨便給有人的房間，早上起來的時候，被洗手間外面的牆撞腦門上了，橢圓形的設計，真不知道那個大神設計的，總體很差

Very nice and clean hotel with good location. Very convenient and walking distance to SKP Beijing Mall and many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The front desk helped me free upgrade to a bigger room. Bed is not soft which I like the most. Pillows are comfy too. Will definitely come back to stay again.

It's just great, nothing to add. The room is very clean, there's enough space for two people. The location is perfect, it's only 3 min. walk from Dawanglu subway station. Breakfast is also good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want to live in the center.

Clean facility, kind and helpful staff, strategic location for both business and leisure. Been there for business reasons many times in the last 2 months and never got disappointed. Definitely recommended
