EXPO Hot Spring Hotel Beijing Shiyuan

What an amazing hot spring only 40 minutes away from downtown Beijing. A treasure to try absolutely! The expo park opposite the hotel is also worth a visit, with many lovely gardens and pavilions.

I would like to take this opportunity to give a glowing review of my recent stay at this hotel. The service provided was exceptional, and the dedication and professionalism of specialist 小段 was truly outstanding. The hotel's environment was superb, with every detail carefully considered, and the overall ambiance was both welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional play area for children. It had a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, and my children had an absolute blast. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality staycation experience. I look forward to my next visit and experiencing all that this hotel has to offer once again.

Nice hotel, good services, recommeneded

Yanqing was the last stop on a bicycle tour I was on that started at Chongli. I’d taken my 75 year old dad who was visiting China (my home of 12 years) and this hotel really hit the spot as a place to relax at the end of a journey. From the very start, the staff at the front of house and reception were very helpful in understanding our needs to store our bikes somewhere dry and made every effort to make our checking in process fast and efficient. They were very polite. The buffet dinner was great, and my dad (the fussiest eater alive) managed to find many things he wanted to eat. Selina Xie, who was at the entrance to the restaurant, was smiling, polite, helpful and let me look around before we decided to eat there. The hot springs were everything we could hope for them to be, and there, also, the staff were helpful and accommodating.

感覺凱悦旗下服務很好，房間很滿意，面積大，特別是衞生間設計很貼心，還有單獨的化粧台。私湯在陽台，放水非常快，收拾的也很乾凈。就是沒有啥私隱，窗户對面就是小區。可以像很多評論説的，拿毛巾擋一下。因為是工作日去的，所以水系沒有什麼客人，基本上就是私湯。總體感覺很好，有機會也會再去。

2大1小水系心動湯泉（含雅緻茶座）:温泉很好，小朋友玩的很開心，還有泡泡活動，主要人還不多 雙人下午茶1套:好看好吃😋 服務：非常好的服務，房間裏的空調不製冷，立馬來修理，製冷好了但是吹出來的風有味道，立馬給安排了房間睡覺，行李還放在原來的房間，省的我們帶着孩子再收拾行李換房間了，很貼心。 衞生：很乾凈，很滿意 設施：房間很大，還有私湯 環境：除了帶娃泡温泉遺憾沒有時間去轉轉酒店。酒店對面就是世園會，非常近 建議:早餐的選擇餘地不多，熱菜台就12個盤子，除去炒飯炒麪煮蛋茶蛋烤腸等常規操作，真正的熱菜品種太少了。 整體來説真的很滿意，玩得開心😁住的安心。

這次的入住體驗太棒了，孩子因為參加世園公路車比賽，選擇了入住這裏。來了因為帶着長者和孩子，行李眾多，前台幫我們升級了私湯房。傍晚吹着涼風，泡着私湯，一家人聊着天，喝着飲料超級愜意。 樓下的湯泉真是適合全家人的要求，有小童區，還有泡泡活動，還有户外游泳池，走了三亞度假的感覺，躺椅上一躺，吹着風，看着景，看着孩子們玩耍。 離開時候，孩子不願意，站在陽台説，這裏簡直太舒服了。酒店服務也很單位，早餐豐富好吃，停車方便，也有電車充電位，考慮非常周到。
