酒店的工作人員們太友善了，是我遇到的最體貼善良的酒店員工。我去時心情不好，前台叫April的女員工甚至體諒地將我一路送到房間。送機的哥們也是一路安慰開導，非常善良。自助早餐時裏面的員工特意給我倒水。

機場班車很方便。服務人員都很熱情。酒店對面是學校，傍晚去散散步很舒服。附近有幾家美式飯店，吃飯很方便。美中不足的是房間內可以聽見外面發電機的噪音，不過換房後解決了問題。

Eooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean and updated. We had a pleasant stay. No complaints.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! The shuttle bus driver from the hotel to the airport was the sweetest man! I’ll definitely be staying here again for when I travel out of Pittsburgh airport !

There was no Continental breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was not pleasant. They did not explain where anything was. They checked me in and gave me a key.

Paige at the front desk and Glenn was phenomenal at customer service. Both of them were super attentive and informative. I’d highly recommend this hotel based on customer service alone.
