โรงแรมติดทะเลในออเรนจ์เคาน์ตี

ฉันจ่ายค่าห้องบน Ctrip และเรียกเก็บเงินอีกครั้งหลังจากที่ฉันมาถึงโรงแรม ค่าห้องที่จองบน Ctrip ครอบคลุมภาษีทั้งหมดและค่าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เช็คเอาท์คือทางโรงแรมพยายามเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอีกครั้ง ช่องทางข้อความระหว่าง Ctrip และโรงแรมไม่ราบรื่นพอไหม?

This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Staff was super-friendly every time that I interacted with them. They even provide you with a text number, so when towels were out at the pool, I didn't even have to walk to the office to request more! Facilities look as though they are recently upgraded. Don't expect ”real” high-end, but definitely classy if you look at it from a distance ;-) Bed was really comfy. With the A/C fan on (I like the white noise effect it makes at hotels), evenings were undisturbed and restful. I never heard people though the walls, and I know that they were sold out. Nice self-serve breakfast of breads, fruits, and HB eggs to get your day started. Pool was great (the mural over there is definitely worth a look). My *only* gripe was that there was no desk and chair in the room...but hey, maybe that's on purpose. After all, I wasn't able to work while on vacation....aw, boohoo! ;-)

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

This is a small family running business. Everything was organized perfectly. Zero time waiting. All questions were answered. All calls replied immidiately. The room was small, but had everything a traveller needs There were a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a TV set, WiFi etc. The bed and mattress were very comfortable. The window had good shades. The bathroom was super clean. There were several white and soft towels. I took a very good overnight rest in the hotel. Give all the best scores to it.

Buen hotel. La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Nos cambiaron las toallas cada día. El desayuno variado y completo. El spa no lo llegamos a usar pero tenía buena pinta. Aparcamiento gratuito y cerca de varios puntos de ocio y playa ( en coche)

โรงแรมดีมาก สะอาด ห้องใหญ่ เราจอง studio ไปสองคน กับเด็ก 5 ขวบ พอดี เตียงใหญ่ พอนอนได้ สถานที่จอดรถเยอะ 8 ดอลล่าร์ต่อวัน อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี มีนม ขนมปัง กาแฟ ไข่ดาว แฮม แบบพื้นฐาน พอใจมาก มีธุรกิจขนาดเล็กประมาณหนึ่งกิโลเมตรรอบๆมีร้านอาหารหลายร้านมีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเล็กๆในปั๊มน้ํามันริมถนน

The hotel's location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable.

Hotel was roomy-we were on a quick overnight trip for a nearby race, and it served its purpose. We had a bit of a scare when a neighboring guest from the floor below was pounding on our door at 515 in the AM, demanding to see who we were and claiming we were pounding on the floor. We called the front desk, and Jose (working night shift) was our knight in shining armor. He not only asked the guest to go back to his room, but waiting until he left, and came back to escort us out safely to our car before the race.
