I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok from 8th to 10th September, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable holidays of my life.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel truly special, welcoming us with warmth and professionalism. The room service and housekeeping were impeccable—every request was met with a smile and executed flawlessly.
What truly elevated the experience was the extraordinary hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration unforgettable. I was surprised with beautiful room decorations, and during dinner, they arranged heartfelt birthday greetings, a live band, and even fireworks to mark the occasion. Every detail was handled with care and precision, making me feel incredibly valued and celebrated.
The spa treatments were sublime, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. Every team member—from the spa to the restaurant—was genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional.
Thank you to the entire Oberoi Lombok team for creating such a magical experience. You turned a milestone birthday into a cherished memory that I will treasure forever.

MMariaS23Отличное место. Локация просто топ — прямо на пляже с черепахами, никуда не нужно ходить и ездить. Они плавают все время прямо у отеля каждый день. Кроме того, отель немного удален от самых тусовочных мест (10 минут пешком), поэтому там всегда тихо и релакс. Он находится на рассветной стороне, на закатную сторону ездили на велосипедах и байках встречать закаты и тусить. Очень приятный сервис и приветливые сотрудники.
Завтрак по меню - можно несколько блюд на человека. Рекомендую Almarik egg, да и все остальное тоже довольно ок, разнообразие фруктов и выпечки на шведском столе. Сами бунгало отличные, чистые, просторные. Самый приятный отель за всю мою поездку на Бали и ближайшие острова.
Сейчас там идет небольшой ремонт в зоне бассейна, но это не влияет на работу бассейна и не мешает. Из ресторанов рядом мне больше всех нравился Capre Diem - огромные порции, вкусно все. Ходила каждый день.

DdafsusloThis stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here!
What stood out:
A Special Shoutout to ”Superman”: I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming.
The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking.
Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day.
The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating.
Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view.
Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

MMay IeThe resort is about an hour’s drive from the airport and located away from town, making it a perfect choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachfront escape. The service is outstanding, the property is stunning, and we especially loved the massage at the resort.
While the resort has many appealing features, the overall cleanliness could use some improvement. In particular, the bathroom had a noticeable odor, especially around the toilet area, which made the space feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. With better attention to housekeeping and more thorough cleaning in these areas, the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.
In addition, it seemed like the shampoo and body wash provided were actually the same product, as they felt very similar in texture and scent. If you prefer a specific shampoo or want your hair to feel softer and fresher after washing, it’s a good idea to bring your own. Having your personal hair care products on hand can make a noticeable difference, especially after spending time in the sun and saltwater.

SShamalouใกล้กับท่าเรือที่เรือทุกลําเข้ามา ดังนั้นเมื่อคุณมาถึงก็ใช้เวลาเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาที ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่าและยังไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดอย่างเต็มที่มีผมอยู่บนพื้นห้องน้ําและอ่างล้างจานไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดอย่างชัดเจน แต่นอกเหนือจากนั้นโดยทั่วไปแล้วสะอาดและดี AC ทํางานได้ดีและจะไม่ปิดเมื่อคุณออกจากห้องซึ่งอาจเป็นสิ่งที่ดี แรงดันฝักบัวอ่อนมากซึ่งน่ารําคาญจริงๆ เตียงนอนสบายและสะอาด

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
