โรงแรมติดทะเลในทอสซาเดมาร์

酒店設施配套都很不錯，衞生也乾淨、地理位置也不錯，到濱海託薩小鎮中心也步行10分鐘，服務也非常nice，就是酒店停車位非常少需要提前預約，否則就會停到酒店外面的一個停車場，比較麻煩，需要自己開車和鎖車庫門，不方便。

Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!

We were couple on vocation. The hotel is absolutely perfect, clean, with friendly stuff, almost fantastic breakfast. So we are absolutely satisfied with our choice.

โรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองที่เราพัก ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ห่างจาก Tossa เพียง 10 นาที และโรงแรมมีสองวิธีเชื่อมต่อไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ (เรือและรถรับส่ง); ครั้งนี้ฉันพักเป็นห้องวิวทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียน ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมก็อร่อย มีบ้านสดเวลา 9:30 น. ในตอนเย็น เราพักอยู่ 2 วัน จุดที่ไม่สะดวกกว่าคือท่อน้ําที่ประตูห้องเสียในวันถัดไปซึ่งทําให้ห้องน้ําในห้องมีเสียงน้ําไหลตลอดเวลา ฉันไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ ฉันโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับ 3 ครั้งและบอกว่าจะจัดการกับพนักงาน ฉันไม่ได้มาที่นี่เลย ฉันไม่ได้ผล็อยหลับไปทั้งคืน ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการนอนหลับและพลังงานของวันถัดไปอย่างจริงจัง ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มากและฉันยังแนะนําให้เพื่อนมาพัก แต่สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและวิธีการจัดการกับปัญหานี้ไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขทันเวลาทําให้ฉันผิดหวังเล็กน้อย

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ เข้าพักที่น่ารักที่โรงแรมเนปจูโนวีนัส  เรามีช่วงเวลาที่ดีและผ่อนคลายที่โรงแรมเนปจูโนวีน ฉันมีความสุขเป็นพิเศษที่โรงแรมสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของเราสําหรับห้องพักที่มีวิวที่สวยงามได้ มันทําให้การพักของเราสนุกยิ่งขึ้นและเป็นหนึ่งในไฮไลท์ของการเยี่ยมชมของเราอย่างแน่นอน  โรงแรมอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินได้จากเมืองและชายหาด แม้ว่าจะไกลเกินคาดเล็กน้อย ห้องดูเก่า แต่สะอาดและได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี อาหารเช้าดีมีให้เลือกมากมาย เรายังลองบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารค่ําในฐานะแขกที่เดินเข้ามา และเราชอบอาหารและความหลากหลายที่มีอยู่จริงๆ พนักงานในพื้นที่รับประทานอาหารน่ารักและเอาใจใส่มาก โดยรวมแล้วเราพักอย่างมีความสุข พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรอาหารอร่อยและความสะอาดทําให้ประสบการณ์ของเราสนุก เราจะมีความสุขมากที่ได้อยู่ที่นี่อีกครั้งเมื่อเราไปเยือน Tossa de Mar ❤️

เป็นการพักที่ดี!

โรงแรมสําหรับครอบครัว. พนักงานที่เศร้าโศก ห้องพักเหมาะมาก มีระเบียงและเครื่องปรับอากาศ เสียงห้องข้างบนไม่น่ากลัว โทรศัพท์ที่มีสามช่องในภาษาฝรั่งเศส สระว่ายน้ําใช้ได้ อาหารเช้าก็เหมาะสมแม้ว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นอุตสาหกรรม (การเติบโต น้ําส้ม ...) ในแสงลบ สองสิ่ง: เราไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อ wifi ของโรงแรมได้ภายใน 6 วัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในห้อง ที่รีเซฟชั่น ที่สระว่ายน้ํา หรือที่อื่น สุดท้ายนี้ ฉันไม่ชื่นชมผู้หญิงคนหนึ่งกําลังอาบน้ํากับบูร์กีในสระ เบอร์คีรีที่เธอใช้ในห้องอาหารเช้าและในเมือง ในระดับสุขอนามัยไม่สามารถทําได้ ไม่เข้าใจว่าทางโรงแรมรับสิ่งนี้

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
