Very noisy. The people in the other room beside me partied till 2:30 am. Disappointed in the food. I had ordered a steak and asked it to be medium well done and I received a steak that was not cooked and a lot of fat that I could not eat. My food was cold by the time it came to the table. I stay in Saint Andrews at quite a few places. This is my first time at the Kennedy and the last. I understand it’s an older hotel, but it does need some upkeep. The redo of the restaurant is very nice.

The Kennedy Inn was comfortable clean and quiet. We were very surprised to see so many downstairs enjoying a meal out Friday night because we couldn’t hear them at all. Needed a comfortable place to stay while taking in some bball. A great place to stay with a cost that didn’t break the bank.

THE LOCATION IS INCREDIBLE.
This property is right in the middle of the downtown and there is a super cute coffee shop right down the street to make your mornings even better!
The only reason I gave 4 stars for the service is because check in is not available at all hours. The property did try to call to inform me but I was travelling in the states so I did not receive the call and showed up around 2300 at night. The man still came to the door and checked me in, but be mindful of this If you plan on arriving late.
It is the oldest hotel in the area and it shows so much character but be mindful that it looks it age. This is not meant to knock the property, just don't expect it to look modern.
Overal, I loved my stay here and I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the following day while I toured the town. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was lovely and large and the hotel has a very good restaurant for casual food.
You have to venture out for breakfast but we found a couple of excellent choices nearby.
