Giriste check in oldukça hızlıydı. Erken saatte vardik hemen odamızı teslim ettiler. Odamız bungalov tipiydi ve 2 odaliydi. Oda manzarası harikaydı. Cok tatli bir balkonu vardi. Fakat dolaplar eski, yatak kucuk, tv oldukça küçük, alan dardı. 5 yildiz seviyesinde olmayacak mobilyalar kullanilmisti. Bungalov oda ana binadan daha dusuk seviyede olabilir fakat bu oteldekiler oldukça eski idi. Minibar doldurulmamisti. En azindan Giriş sırasında icecekle doldurulmuş olmasını beklerdik. Ayrica odalar cok ses geçiriyor. Üst kat misafirlerin dinlediği tüm müzikleri biz de dinledik. Fakat bu konuda bir şikayetimiz olmadi, olsaydı ilgilenilirdi diye düşünüyorum. Personel genel olarak çok guleryuzlu ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle buggy kullanan, odamıza eşlik eden beyefendi cok yardımcı oldu. Restoran yeterliydi. Öğlen yemekleri ***et iyiydi. Akşam yemekleri öğlene göre zayıftı. Tatlılar alisildik otellere göre çok daha başarılıydı. Ancak yine 5 yıldıza uymayan bir çeşitlilik vardi. Bu sezon başı olmasından kaynaklanabilir. İçecekler de alkol cesitliligi açısından zayıftı denebilir. Ancak imkanlar dahilinde personel yardımcı oldu. Snack ikramlar deniz kenarında veriliyordu. Bu ortam güzeldi. Snackler lezzet acisindan biraz sorunluydu. Ayrica ana havuz çevresinde hiç ikram olmaması biraz kötü oldu. Deniz kenarına traktör ile gidiliyor. 20 dkda bir geçtiği için sorun olmadı. Çok keyifli ilginç bir deneyim oldu. Spa alanından ucretli masajlardan yararlandim oldukça güzeldi. Kapali havuz kesinlikle çok soğuktu. Kullanılacak durumda değildi. Isıtma olmasını beklerdik. Mini club kızımız için keyifli oldu. Mini diskoya katıldı. Cocuk aquapark alani hava güzel olduğundan belirtilen tarihten önce acildi. Çok eğlenceli bir alandı. Yetişkin alanı 3 gün boyunca kapali kaldı. Otel genel olarak çok hoş manzarası olan çok keyifli alanlardan oluşuyor. Yürüyüş yapmak zevkli. Asansörde dahi çok güzel manzaralar var. Bu açıdan çok güzel buldum. Ancak otelin oda vs alanlarının kesinlikle yenilemeye ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Uygun fiyata yeniden denk gelirse tercih ederim. Yüksek fiyat olursa gitmeyi düşünmem.

Bungalow rooms definitely not 5* - more 2/3* and smelt musty. The first room I was given resembled the interior of a caravan. Second one more Premier Inn but the smell of mustiness continued through our stay so not sure if it’s in the walls or bedding. I’d wake up and just smell it. Don’t stay in a room with an A or B after it as they’re inter-connecting rooms separated by a thin door so you may as well be staying with the other family as you literally hear everything. The beach is quite small - I felt the clientele were predominantly German and the towels were down very early on - not enough beds anywhere to cater for the amount of people. Restaurant again was very small - we were here end of season and struggled to find a table to eat - would definitely not want to be here in high season. The bungalow rooms are set on a hill side so there are lots of steps or slopes to navigate to get to the hotel - definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone with any injuries/sight issues - although they can come and collect you by car and take you back but then you’re reliant on others to get around. There is also a tractor that pulls some seats round that goes on a loop to take people to/from beach. Again - not quite what I’d expect for a 5*. There is no slope into the beach so definitely not ideal for small children as it’s a concrete surround and then a drop. Drinks selection was pretty OK. But food was literally breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got down to dinner at 9pm one night and they’d cleared everything away - there then are no food options available until the next day unless you pay for room service. I’ve never know an all inclusive not to have a ‘snacks’ section or something available until midnight. I never felt the rooms were particularly cleaned - the toilet area always smelt of urine and the floor looked dirty. The one thing I did like was it is in the most beautiful setting. It’s very peaceful and if you stay in the hotel the beach view out is just idyllic. I also loved the restaurant by the beach as that had a lovely seating area over looking the sea. Those 2 points really were the bits that made the holiday. I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again. Maybe the hotel rooms are 5* but the bungalows most definitely should be a lot cheaper to reflect the fact they’re old, dates and need a huge revamp to get them to 5*.

Arrived 12 October to this hotel outside of Kusadasi, first impressions was a hotel built into a hill with apartments further in the gardens & hill. Luckily a cracking set of lads driving folk around the grounds. A swift check in wrist bands attached then off into the wilderness. Room 3092, ground floor bedroom & bathroom with steep stairs to a further room with 2 small beds. Garden View and over looking the Bay. This is when it started to go badly wrong, lots of milapeds who seemed to be able to enter the room via windows and doors and climb the walls. Other bugs 🐛 in attending the party. Not a nice wake up call at 8am. Then a walk up & down steps to main hotel. No good for older people or young kids, the steps not too clever and badly lite late at night. Hence my wife falling down, how she never hit her head I will never known. Steps uneven and in places poor lights. Been honest an utter disaster waiting too happen. I spoke with several guests who had fell on these disgraceful steps & paths. Hotel only concerns that you had insurance. Further light added to wall, obviously removed to save money. I cannot further comment anymore on this hotel, if you have mobility issues or young children avoid. I will be contacting Jet2 com UK as local representatives didn't have a care in the world # End of season and service not bothered. In 20 years of reviewing on trip advisor I have finally got nothing too add. Just avoid UK holiday makers. Safety first

The hotel was very nice in general. In my opinion, it was the most beautiful place among the places where I had a holiday. The staff was very attentive, friendly, the food was diverse and delicious, whether it was the pool bar or the places on the beach, it was very attentive and nice. This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed at the garden bungalow with amazing views of the sea and mountains. The room was lovely and spacious with a balcony. The staff work hard to keep the whole place clean. There are 4 swimming pools but sunbeds go fast as people place towels very early in the morning. My daughter loved the slides and the pool. Food was good but repetitive. I have celiac disease and I emailed the hotel beforehand. I was told to speak to guest relations on arrival. I was disappointed that gluten free food was not ordered prior to my arrival and had to wait a few days for the pasta and bread. Chef Ahmed tried his best. Food was clearly labelled but at times labelled wrong. Eg rice does not contain gluten but it was labelled as such. I pointed it out but the signs were never amended. Chef did prepare gluten free pasta and spaghetti on requests but it would be nice to have a separate section for gluten free food to prevent cross contamination.

The greatest trip of my life. Everything is awesome: the room, bars, service and etc. The food is ok nothing special. Sea is great. There are some rocks at the entrance of sea but then it's very beautiful. The workers are super nice. They all love Azerbaijani people. The entertainment is superb. Big shout out to Kai and Alice. Love them and their energy. That boy is the best dancer i've ever seen. Very energetic and always smiles. Alice is great. Very beautiful and great yoga teacher. They made my holiday even greater. Unfortunately this is the last day of my trip but definitely i'll come next year

Fab holiday. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed bungalow, family of 5 from 22/7/23 for two weeks. The bungalow was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. We were in room 2017, the walk up to the room wasn't too bad at all. The main pool was lively, always something going on and we didn't get bothered too much, the only gripe I have is we booked the Turkish bath and massage pool side, if we would have walked inside and booked it direct it would have cost €60 rather than the €90 we were sold, lesson learnt. The Animation Team were absolutely fantastic, shout out to Kai & Alice, they were so friendly, my boys particularly loved Kai! Thank you for always having the time to have a little chat with them. At the Pool bar Recep looked after us so well, thank you, we will miss our afternoon shandies! The evening entertainment was the best we have experienced in and we absolutely loved it, the whole team work long hours and did a fabulous job! There was always something to eat, for us breakfast was not the best, but they are catering for people from all over the world, we didn't go hungry but pancakes and watermelon was all my kids would eat. All in all a fabulous holiday.

Great please to stay that was our 2nd year. The entertainment team are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The pools are great and have entertainment in the day. The rooms a nice and there’s is wide range of food thought out the day. Would recommend for family’s & couples
