I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at Lexis Suites Penang and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
The next day morning, to my horror, I discovered rove beetles scuttling across the floor, wall, glass door, bath tub, even hided inside swimming clothes. if u don't know what is rove beetles please google it how's the harmful to human skin. please look at the picture.
I can't imagine if my child were to be infected by rove beetle toxic during our stay at this hotel; it's a distressing thought that highlights the importance of ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our family especially is a 5 star family suite hotel.
I emailed the hotel management regarding this issue, but I have not received a response. very disappointed. please considering if u want to staying this hotel.

The view was good, I saw the sunset. It's good if you want to relax and chill at the hotel instead of going out, because most of the attractions of Penang are not around the area.

I stayed in few Lexis hotel before, I remember Lexis Suite Penang / Lexis PD as well. But this time I went there with my family and my son. The room was OK and the door earlier couldn't lock so need to request repairman to fix it. About cleaniness, not sure if Lexis Suite Penang is very long already, but the tiles / wood etc are quite old and looks "dirty".
Lastly when want to checkout, 6 lifts but only 2 lifts are function-able. The rest are out of service. The lift waiting area is so hot as well. The stay is not really a better experience compare to past.

My 2nd time. But feel disappointed. Understand that this pandemic, however no provide bell service even like a trolley. It's too difficult to bring your luggage when u together with whole family or children. For the breakfast, it's only provide buffet. Even request deliver to room, also get reject. Please understand that children is not vaccinated. If children dine in mean is high risk for them. I feel like not flexible at all & never provide any solution. Is a 5 star hotel? I feel other 4 star hotel provided more good service than this hotel. Also, the floor was many rubbish when we walk out from lift. The swimming pool in our room is not clean also. Is a 5 star standard? I don't think so. Feel disappointed at all compare to my 1st time.
