From the minute we walked in, the front desk lady was rude to not only us but the new girl behind the desk as well. There was a little bit of miscommunication on the room and the girl needed help just for her to be yelled at and barely helped so we had to stand there checking in for nearly 20 minutes. We then went and checked out the water park and for the price we paid there should have been way more tubes out to go down the slide/lazy river. The pool attendants were not doing their job, instead decided they were going to stand behind the counter and talk about what shoes they had on their feet. Every person we had swimming had on bands but they still insisted on kicking out the two people we had with that were fully clothed, watching the one year old baby, clearly not about to swim anytime soon. As well as the water park not being worth it, there were no towels. And the staff told us they couldn’t grab any just for us to walk around the counter and there was a whole stack of them. They couldn’t just go grab them? Especially knowing the water park was closing and multiple people would need towels. Work on hiring better staff that actually know how to treat your guests, especially for the price you charge.
