Many problems with the recepcion I told them I have reservation but they don’t believe me and after two hours they found my reservation and they let us to go in the room.they suggest us to pay again before they found the reservation this is a joke.

El hotel esta súper lejos de la playa, al lado estan dos discotecas por lo tanto todo el día y toda la noche ahí ruido y alto volumen de musica. Adicionalmente se presenta mucho ruido de motos y carros. Tienen mala ubicación no ahí servicio al turista, el baño estaba en malas condiciones de infraestructura e higiénicas. El ventilador dañado. Poco recomendado.
