La atención no fue muy buena , la comida, ademas haces reserva para los restaurantes y luego te dicen que no hay ninguna reserva.

Came to Lopesan for my 49th birthday over the Superbowl weekend. The resort was beautiful and the service great. I am usually die hard Hard Rock Punta Cana all the time as my # 1 destination resort in the DR. But this place makes me question. Pros- Resort is beautifully designed, landscaping is amazing, infinity pools everywhere and the beach view is astonishing. The rooms and resort is modern and up to date. The staff go above and beyond. Adult Only sections are well defined and easy to find with awesome availability. The jr suite pool swim up room was totally worth it and made for great photo ops. The water was colder than I liked but it is February. The temps were 72-80 most days. Cons- The resort is small. The entertainment is so-so. The ****** is tiny and non-existent. The food selection is vast but not amazing or special. The reservations fill up EXTREMELY fast and are the only way to eat anywhere other than buffet. They need to be made prior to your stay if you want to eat at the specialty restaurants while there. If you wait til you arrive to make reservations you will not get in anywhere. The liquor is subpar and top shelf or brand names are scarce. We did manage to get Tito’s the last 2 days but the Tequila and Bourbon/Whiskey was off brand and weak. Their vodka and tequila offerings were watered down or tasted like rubbing alcohol. The resort is also split into parts. One is the pool/beach and restaurant side. Food options are great, several restaurants to select from, 24 hr entertainment, cleanliness of the resort, excellent landscaping, friendly staff. Dislike - no wash towels in room, no visible signs showing direction from rooms to lobby area.

This place was a huge letdown in almost every way. For starters it is next to impossible to get in contact with anyone at the resort. I tried calling, emailing, etc nearly a dozen times prior to arrival and either never reached anyone or was hung up on. Upon arrival my room reeked of mildew and the cabinet had black spots on it that appeared to be mold. On top of that the door to my room had water damage and the door lock would fall off everytime I would close the door. One of the shower bottles was also broken and would fall off constantly. The shower would not heat up past luke warm and had the water pressure of a sprinkler. Worse yet, my father got extremely sick on the 2nd day and was hospitalized for 2 days due to gastroenteritis. I’m not surprised as the hot foods in the buffet were often barely warm and the cold foods were close to room temperature. Despite my father’s illness coming from the shoddy food served at this resort they refused to help us in any way and recommended us a driver that charged us $35 USD each way to and from the hospital. The hospital forced my father to stay an additional day likely to charge my father’s insurance as much as possible. We tried to bring up our issues to guest services and while they were sympathetic at first they quickly tried to imply it was our own fault and that my fathers sudden illness was likely a result of his diabetes and that he never had gastroenteritis. While this property has so much to offer, it was very difficult to navigate around because you could get lost so easily. We stood for 5 days and on day 4 is when we started finding our way around then it was time to leave. Everything i booked this hotel for i didnt get to visit except the ******. Very disappointing but i would definitely revisit again. The staff were super friendly, even tho there was a language barrier they still tried their best to assist. I give 4 stars

Lopesan exceeded my expectations. This property is new, built in 2019. With lots of daily activities, beautiful beach, multiple pools, two waterparks etc. They have pretty good food for all-inclusive resort, with 6 evening restaurants, and all of them are great. Staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
