Ocean Blue is a medium size resort. Not small. Not huge like Iberostar. However it has lots of fine dining (5) onsite just like the huge ones. Their beach is perfect with lots of free cabana like shaded seating. Only surprise was our scuba shop was onsite but actual dive boat was 2 resorts down the beach at Iberostar. A 10 minute walk, no problem. This side of island a bit choppy for diving. Smoother on South side. Resort super clean, safe and friendly staff. More young families and older couples. No Spring Break teens! Highly recommend this resort for families.

Ótima localização em uma das melhores praias de Punta Cana, paisagismo lindo, boas e grandes piscinas, praça onde estão localizados os restaurantes temáticos é simplesmente linda, cada restaurante tem uma caracterização própria e o melhor, não precisa fazer reserva antecipada!
Ponto a melhorar : no final de semana, havia um excesso de hóspedes, faltou comida em todas as refeições e o salão estava bem tumultuada. A comida também é bastante simples.

Positive:We were five people in two separate rooms We really liked it that the food options and beverages everything was great no complaints at all !
Negative: 1- The resort doesn’t offer shuttle / airport transportation that’s our first inconvenience experience we never have had that in any resort or any country before?
2- The resort doesn’t have exchange office even we been in a very small resort they have currency exchange or international currency A** / but the ocean blue and sand has an A** you can get peso’s only.
3- Security, Safety and HONESTLY???
Don’t get me wrong still we’ll come back sometime something possible to happen anywhere That the Ocean Blue and Sand is still one of our favourite resorts and highly recommended

We loved our four-night stay at Ocean Blue. Meals were wonderful; we especially loved the Japanese, French, and Italian restaurants. Villa Marina did not disappoint for lunch Yael welcomed us each day with a warm greeting and smile. Shaggy and company danced and entertained us daily and made us feel loved! We loved water aerobics. Enjoyed the swim-up bar with Melfi making the best Coco Locos and Caipirinas. The beds and pillows were very comfortable allowing for restful sleep. Our bathroom could have been a little nicer, but Robert serviced our room perfectly each day. We had a lot of fun and hope to return!!

Had a great stay. Carlos took care of everything we needed and we could just relax. The communication between ******* and the resort for things like transportation to and from the airport could be smoother.
