It’s a very great resort and people out there is very kind. The restaurant Skybar has a beautiful seaside view. Johanny is very nice and kind to help us check in. Something went wrong with the air conditioner but they help change another room. Very great.

By far the best view we have ever had from our room. The most amazing beach is literally at the backdoor of this hotel and yes, it’s soft, white and as warm as my heated blanket. This is why we work so hard all year, to spend time in paradise. Our room was gleaming, slept like babies and ate like kings. If you are the active kind, you can’t go far without finding things to do, we did go out on a boat tour, it was a fun day, nice to see some sealife. Felt like VIP’s, disappointed to get home.

Absolutely the worst resort I’ve ever been! Some of the staff are really rude, the food is disgusting 🤢 and the rooms are more than dated. I was actually in one of the best rooms and it was disgusting! Honestly I’m still in shock as most people still recommend this. Save your money!

Lobby bar noche excellent service Jonathan Perez Angelica Cuevas Fernando Cortez Katherine de la Cruz Franklin bock Maria Avila Noemi abreu I like the lobby bar at night more because of its staff, the guys are very attentive and friendly, they make very good drinks. It is a good place to spend the night. I recommend it.
