Palace Batumi

Stayed for one night and was perfect. Location is brilliant. Breakfast was also good. The reception supervisor, Mr Irakli is very friendly and nice. Totally suggest for long-term stay. Just don't forget to bring your toiletries 😉❤️❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼

It is a very lovely place and it’s very lovely service from the reception and I wish every hotel in Georgia will be like it It is very beautiful. The people in this place is very classic very experience and very professional to do customer services the service is here is very seven star I cannot explain how I’m happy I am here

The hotel is in great location, staff are friendly and polite, service is very good. The hotel is clean and has almost all amenities inside rooms. The have oven, kettle, fridge, dinning sets and nice view. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the beach and city at the same time.

Everything was fabulous and i like my stay two supervisors name Irakli and Giorgi was very supportive and the room have good service clean and see view. Its near to all activity and dance fountain and beach.

The hotel is good, the downstairs staff is eager to help and i’ll give a special mention to george the supervisor, he was especially helpful. My room ended up being just enough for my needs during this trip, however i will say i expected it to be larger, next time i will opt for a bigger room, as i felt a bit cramped at times especially in the shower. The breakfast buffet is good, but i’d recommend just paying daily if the stay is long cause there’s other options in the area that can be explored. Overall i had a pleasant time and will come back again.

The most terrible experience i have experienced in my life, we reserved a room for couple+kid, but we recieved a room for couple, very small room that it could suite a couple maximum, the room smells very bad the bathroom doesn't have hot water...very uncomfortable 2 nights gonna be here...don't even think about it...

My stay was very great , thank you all and special thanks to temur. Everything is 👌. Also i like the restaurant, breakfast was so delicious after having breakfast 10 minutes i was shocked. I’m sure i will come again

The majority of the batumi accommodations you see online like *********** are not directly from the hotel. The locals are renting long term for a cheap price and then sub rent it to the visitors, that's why you are on your own once you pay and get the key. Try to rent from a reliable source. Peace!
